No Trial, No Explanation, No Warning - Just Immediate
Obliteration
By the administration's own policy, both Bushes must
be immediately destroyed. No trial, no explanation, no
warning - Just immediate obliteration.
According to White House officials the President's
policy is that "association" alone, with ANY suspected
Al Queda or terrorist, is sufficient enough
justification for immediate extermination by the CIA
or US military.
Yet there is NO other family in America today who has
had closer ties with the Bin Ladens than the Bush
family. And that bears repeating.
THERE IS NO OTHER FAMILY IN AMERICA WHICH HAS HAD
CLOSER ASSOCIATIONS AND SUSPICIOUS DEALINGS WITH THE
BIN LADEN FAMILY THAN GEORGE BUSH SENIOR AND JUNIOR.
NO OTHER AMERICANS! Period. Prove us wrong.
For over thirty years the Bush family has forged
extensive secretive and extraordinarily suspicious
dealings with the Bin Ladens. Starting with Bin
Laden's father and brother who gave millions of
dollars of cash to George Bush Jr so that he may buy a
company and promptly drive it straight into the ground
(While extracting delirious personal profits - sound
familiar?)
No other Americans have ever had closer "associations"
with the Bin Ladens. So frightened is Bush that the
true nature of his secret links with the bin Ladens
will be exposed that he will expend NO LIMIT of US
taxpayers resources and military might to cover up,
obfuscate and in Bin Laden's case, obliterate any
trace of his suspicious past with the terrorists. He's
hiding something folks.
So suspicious are the circumstances surrounding the
deaths of both Bin Laden's father and brother in two
different plane crashes, (both in, guess which state?
- Texas) that it is no wonder why the younger Osama
seems to harbor a "special" dislike for Bush and it is
no wonder why Bush has become so consumed with the
destruction of this set up fall guy.
Bush's wishy washy quixotic focus on first, this one
man, Osama Bin Laden, then the shift over to the
perpetual war and then the focus on Iraq is TELLING
THE WHOLE STORY. The childish, vague and frankly
insulting concept of a war on "evildoers," which will
of course entail a massive crackdown on law abiding
American citizens and could go on forever reveals
what's really going on. COUPLE THAT WITH THE NEW
IMPROVED "ELECTRONIC" VOTING MACHINES WHICH FEATURE
ZERO AUDITABILITY AND ARE MANUFACTURED BY ULTRA
RIGHTWING HIGHLY SECRETIVE INSIDE CORPORATIONS AND
WHAT WE HAVE HERE IS CALLED A FASCIST DICTATORSHIP.
So lets all hope that some brave CIA or military unit
will be successful in this mission which is critical
to the safety and security of the American people and
complete their mission to find Bush and his father and
rid us of these two terrorist "assoCIAtors." After all
- It's Bushes own policy.

Below is the associated press article outlining the
administrations total destruction of any resemblance
to the great constitutional nation that the US once
was. It represents nothing less than the death of
Democracy - It represents the death of America.
Since there is no due process in America any longer,
Bush can simply claim, for example, that Voxnyc was
working for Al Queda, and since there is no
requirement for trials and zero due process that means
he may simply kill any political opponent any time any
where and say that that opponent was a terrorist and
that he has "proof"... but you can't see that proof
because of "national security" reasons.
We will see a massive increase of political
assassinations in the United States (More than there
already have been since this lying, immoral, idiot and
his cabal of war profiteerers seized the Presidency.)

U.S. Can Target (Kill) Americans (Anytime Anywhere)
By JOHN J. LUMPKIN
WASHINGTON (AP) - American citizens... can legally be
targeted and killed by the CIA under President Bush's
rules for the war on terrorism, U.S. officials say.
The authority to kill U.S. citizens is granted under a
secret finding signed by the president after the Sept.
11 attacks that directs the CIA to covertly attack
al-Qaida anywhere in the world. The authority makes no
exception for Americans, so permission to strike them
is understood rather than specifically described,
officials said.
These officials said the authority will be used only
when other options are unavailable. Military-like
strikes will take place only when law enforcement and
internal security efforts by allied foreign countries
fail, the officials said.
Capturing and questioning al-Qaida operatives is
preferable, even more so if an operative is a U.S.
citizen, the officials said, speaking on the condition
of anonymity. Any decision to strike an American will
be made at the highest levels, perhaps by the
president.
U.S. officials say few Americans are working with
al-Qaida but they have no specific estimates.
The CIA already has killed one American under this
authority, although U.S. officials maintain he wasn't
the target.
On Nov. 3, a CIA-operated Predator drone fired a
missile that destroyed a carload of suspected al-Qaida
operatives in Yemen. The target of the attack, a
Yemeni named Qaed Salim Sinan al-Harethi, was the top
al-Qaida operative in that country. Efforts by Yemeni
authorities to detain him had previously failed.
But the CIA didn't know a U.S. citizen,
Yemeni-American Kamal Derwish, was in the car. He
died, along with al-Harethi and four other Yemenis.
The Bush administration said the killing of an
American in this fashion was legal.
``I can assure you that no constitutional questions
are raised here. There are authorities that the
president can give to officials,'' said Condoleezza
Rice, Bush's national security adviser, after the
attack. ``He's well within the balance of accepted
practice and the letter of his constitutional
authority.''
American authorities have alleged that Derwish was the
leader of an al-Qaida cell in suburban Buffalo, N.Y.
Most of the alleged members of the cell were arrested
and charged with supporting terrorists, but Derwish
was not accused of any crime in American courts.
Family members in Buffalo say they have yet to be
contacted by the U.S. government about Derwish's
death, which they learned about through media reports.
Mohamed Albanna, vice president of the American Muslim
Council's Buffalo chapter, urged federal authorities
to confirm the death.
``It's just a matter of common respect for the family
here. After all, they are U.S. citizens.'' He added
that Derwish ``has not been tried and has not been
found guilty, so, in that sense, he's still an
innocent American who was killed. That's what the law
states.''
The Bush administration sees it differently. In
killing him, the administration defined Derwish as an
enemy combatant, the equivalent of a U.S. citizen who
fights with the enemy on a battlefield, officials
said. Under this legal definition, experts say, his
constitutional rights are nullified and he can be
killed outright.
Sen. Richard Shelby, R-Ala., vice chairman of the
Senate Intelligence Committee, supported this policy.
``A U.S. citizen terrorist will kill you just like
somebody from another country.''
The government has done little publicly to justify
Derwish's killing. Officials have privately suggested
his association with al-Harethi is reason enough.
Other Americans have been similarly classed since
Sept. 11, including Jose Padilla, accused of plotting
to use a radioactive ``dirty bomb'' in the United
States, and Yaser Esam Hamdi, who was found fighting
with the Taliban in Afghanistan. Both are in military
custody.
However, a third American, John Walker Lindh, was
turned over to the civilian courts after being found
serving as a foot soldier with the Taliban. He was
sentenced to 20 years in prison after pleading guilty
to supplying services to the Taliban and carrying
explosives in commission of a felony.
While officials believe only a small number of U.S.
citizens went through Osama bin Laden's camps,
Americans have been associated with all levels of
al-Qaida.
This includes high-level operative Wadih El Hage, a
Lebanese-American who was convicted in connection with
the 1998 bombings of two U.S. embassies in Africa. A
former U.S. Army soldier, Ali Mohamed, worked as a
trainer and target scout for bin Laden before he was
captured and convicted.
Previously, the government's authority to kill a
citizen outside of the judicial process has been
generally restricted to when the American is directly
threatening the lives of other Americans or their
allies.
Earlier presidential authorizations of lethal covert
action, in Latin America and elsewhere, have also
tacitly allowed the killing of Americans fighting with
the other side, former senior intelligence officials
said.
But the officials knew of no instances where U.S.
citizens were targeted.
The CIA declines comment on covert actions and the
authorities it operates under.
Experts on the Constitution and the international laws
of war said the Bush administration's definitions
create problems.
Unlike the enemy in previous wars, al-Qaida members
don't wear uniforms or serve in a foreign nation's
army. Nor do they take to traditional battlefields,
except in Afghanistan. But the Bush administration and
al-Qaida together have defined the entire world as a
battlefield - meaning the attack on al-Harethi and
Derwish was tantamount to an air strike in a combat
zone.
``That is the most vulnerable aspect of the theory,''
said Scott L. Silliman, director of Duke University's
Center on Law, Ethics and National Security. ``Could
you put a Hellfire missile into a car in Washington,
D.C., under the same theory? The answer is yes, you
could.''
Human rights groups were divided on the legality of
the attack on al-Harethi. Amnesty International
suggested it was an extrajudicial killing, outlawed by
international treaty, while Human Rights Watch
officials said they believed it was a legitimate
wartime action.

Vox's comment about killing Bush was not given as an

The article points out that inkeeping with Bushes
policy statements, that Bush himself must be
exterminated. It's called irony and vox's irony has
apparantly seemed to escape you. I think you are
missing the point of the article.
Furthermore while, yes, it is laudable to dismantle
the "corrupt system" just what do you think the
corrupt system is made of? That's right - corrupt men.
I doubt very much that the people of Cambodia or Chile
would care very much for your abstract notions of a
corrupt system. For if one single man, Henry
Kissinger, were killed prior to his murdering spree,
millions of those murdered people would still be alive
today. No Eleven, the solution sometimes is to kill
those who are at the top of the chain of command of

Vox's article. Yes according to Bush's own anti-terror
policy he should be "brought to justice" as should
many others. I think this shows the problem to be
systemic corruption which is my point. Such corruption
is typified by echelon, the federal reserve system,
and yes Bush's duplicity. What is abstract about that?
Whether CIA OPS take action or Bush's policies come to
their logical fruition Bush will be held accountable

Here's some food for thought: Our security apparatus
is claiming incompetence and lack of
insight/communication in the matter of foreknowledge
of 9/11, yet they claim they "know" and have evidence
of Iraqi WMD's. Also, they "know" whom it is they are
shooting at with their Predator drones and so forth.
My point being, they cannot have it both ways - either
they are too incompetent to start wars and unprovoked

Instead of discussing what we all know and some little
details here and there -
Let's try to get everyone else out of the closet and

at the pentagon? Though I was not there, as far as I
can tell it was AA flight 77 as the bellow link seems

to business/government--I started from the a simple
premise (then people starting reading on their own)
"the fruit does not fall far from the tree"--start
reading about Poppy Bush's connections to the
Eisenhawer WH, the OSS/creation of the CIA, Majestic
12 and of course Zapata offshore oil/drug running,
Jack Kennedy,Carter admin, etal. Then on to Dubya's
Texas record. It is becoming obvious that complete
domination and world government is the big plan-call
it sourcing from Illuminati, Jason Society,
Trilateral, whatever, it all shakes out to the same
rigid view-the few at the top have/keep all the power
and the rest of us will be "dealt with" as the police
state enforcement increases-this requires gutting our

et.al. to live by the rule that he set for everyone
else. The "nobel" Roman would fall on his sward. But
most Romans who had swards were not nobel. They just
slaughtered each other. So Bush wants to be a Roman
Emperor.
His curse is that he will live for eternity with souls
like his, re-experiencing the lives of all that they
affected, from his victims' perspectives. Like most
Roman Emperors, he will become insane with fear. His

To Sabu: Cardinal Egan, eh? Well I can hardly wait to
see how the Catholic Church wriggles out of this
pedophile predicament (a taste which is reputedly
shared with Shrub the elder and Bob Hope). There is
probably much truth to what you are saying, but I
believe it goes way beyond the Catholic Church. The
7th Day Adventists believe the Pope is the Antichrist
(Vicarius Filei Dei) adds up to 666 if you count the
Roman numerals supposedly. However, I believe wherever
you find the most money and power, you will find the
highest concentration of evil. At this time, I think
the seat of greatest evil is with international
banking cartels who control the US government AND the
Pope. Shrub and Pope are but pawns of this greater
power. BTW, I think the CIA has known about the CC
pedophile scandal for decades, and has chosen to
reveal it now in order to divert the spin away from
the 9-11 investigations.

misinformation. The fact that on the rare occasions
when the mainstream media mentions suspicion of the
official 911 story, they always mention the "fake
pentagon plane" theory but fail to mention the
abundance of other information such as what Mike
Ruppert, vox, or Guerilla News Network point out for
example. This tells me that the media wants the public
to associate all suspicion of the official 911 story
with the "fake pentagon plane" theory just like if you
question the official Kennedy assassination story
you're one of those "grassy knoll people." Oh you
think the government new in advance of the 911
attacks, you must be one of those "fake pentagon
plane" people, they will say. As for the Israelis, I'm
no zionist but I think Israel is just as much a pawn
of the oligarchy/illuminati/jesuits/name your poison
as the US is. From what I know Israel actually tried
to warn the US as did many other countries. Seems more
likely that Israel was monitoring Islamic terrorists
(which do exist), or even other terrorists (such as US
or British), or the 911 operation, or all of the
above. I'm not saying Mossad doesn't collaborate with
NWO operations, I'm just saying I see no evidence that
Israel carried out 911. The fact that so much of the
Islamic world blames Israel plays into the hands of
the Zbigniew Brzezinski plan and others who want a
culture war between the east and the west so the US
can grab the Eurasian land mass as many have pointed
out. The oligarchy is more than willing to sacrifice
Israel and a number of US cities to grab Eurasia so I
disagree with those who think Israel is calling the
shots. Iraq is the next step to taking Eurasia but
however long it takes, the Eurasian plan is destined
to lead into disaster which gets into some of what
Free Man is talking about.

My generation, the generation after GEN X, has always
been criticized at the fact that we are so
violence-oriented and unlike the "moralistic"
baby-boomers before us. But after finally realizing
that the world I've known is a complete fraud and
completely monopolized by money-hungry big business
anyway, and that, as Americans, no matter how
patriotic we are, no matter how much hope we hold for
a better future, we're basically SCREWED as long as
wealth and power, and people like messed up Bush et.
al are around.

Oops, I'm sorry, I didn't even see the coments before
mine from Sabu...Anyways, just for FYI, since the
Catholic church is based completely on pagan tradition
and loosely on the Bible, it's no wonder that these
atrocities are occuring within and stemming from the
Church itself. Look it up. The funny robes they wear,
the hats, the rituals, the worship of Mother Mary all
come from Babylonian times and the pagans. Once a
Roman Catholic, and now a born-again Christian, I know
from first-hand experience exactly how corrupt the

Hi vox--You could subtitle article "Hoist Them on

Agree w/hausigaarn? that they already know who we all
are--had some dude pull up in SUV in frontof my ap't
and walk in street taking photos of all 3 doors to my
home and then one of me standing in stunned disbelief
behind my screen door while his lady friend sniffed
coke in car---When i hear those funny little clicks
when on phone i say "Hi feds"--i guess wanting peace
on Earth puts a person under suspicion.
My take on composition of NWO folks and their fawning
hangers-on is that it includes all races and religions
and genders--encouraging, because there is no honor
amongst thieves, and they fight w/each other for the
power they are obsessed with.
Re "God" saving us--i have my own spiritual beliefs,
but God's track record of saving the innocent not too
good.
Stll pretty sure that i'm a pacifist, but did feel
oddly comforted to learn that resisters within usa
military diverting arms to patriot groups.
Re speaking out (Heather)--It's like walking thru mud
to try to talk to sleepers about what's going on--i
find that mentioning horrible side effects of smallpox
vaccinations stirs them from their slumbers--so many
americans in cocoon of self-centered comfort that only
what might affect them (or their families as extension
of self) personally can get thru their willful
ignorance and denial and brainwashing.

guys are likely to find it. There are many more photos
and eye witness accounts on the net than what was
posted at Rense. Take some initiative and look for
yourself, instead of believing every stupid thing you

And yes, your hero is known to the FBI but hardly
worth their effort. This threat though could be an
exception.

City Police officers including some in my family are
aware of my identity and support my analysis very much
- they like what I am talking about because they sense
I am not lying to them. And they don't get that same

military to boot. Lots of visitors from the Navy and

Korean War vets listserve (Positively) and is
generally is recieved positively by all servicemen of
all branches.

Now as for your comment about the FBI. My guess is
that they would be like most other people who read
this site every day. Most agree. Because after an
intelligent person undertakes a through reading of the
site he or she has just read they are like everyone
else with a brain. A lightbulb lights up - they learn

Would they concern themselves with this site? -
hopefully as a research source. If, for example, they
read the entire Dirty Bomb article 3/4 of the way down

KEY to all this terrorism - THE KEY. All they have to
do is be patient and read the entire article. This is
a scholarly work here, not crime. My readership is
doubling each month. Why? Because people are tired of

transient material that will not help you to LEARN how
to ascend!
The ESSENCE of us being here (in this third density)
is to choose (each on an individual basis) between the
LEFT-hand or the RIGHT-hand path of the Infinite

that this planet is going to be a fourth density

They understand that for example your president has
choosen the left-hand path and is trying (only on the
other path) to polarize this choice and they know he
is doing well and they love him as they love christ.
They know that the most FUNDAMENTAL LAW is the LAW OF
FREE-WILL. ( this btw knows a high-powered entity on
the left-hand path as well).
They understand they are ETERNAL and if strong and
devoted, can not be enslaved, since this needs your
personal free-will.
So they know that the Elite wont touch them (kill
them), because the Beast is not affraid of them and
since they are not INSIDE the pecking order, where
battle is authorized!
If you hate Bush for example and if you want him dead,
you are inside the pecking order of the negatieve path

Basically, I agree with you Vox in your response to
Gene and your analysis. I would just say that because
the criminals in control of the government may have a
warped view of the Bible as may some visitors to this
site, does not mean that the Bible is warped. The
crusaders today corrupt the wisdom of the scriptures
just as they have thoughout time. Most churches and
religions do as well. But if one studies what the
Bible actually says for themselves, particularly the
original Hebrew, Greek, and Aramaic writings, one will
quickly see that it roundly condemns the barbaric
behavior of our "leaders" and the corrupt direction
they are leading us. Moreover the book stands alone in
predicting most of our current woes today. I'm not
saying that the Bible is the only path to spiritual
enlightenment, rather that it is a tested one for
those who actually test it.

Some often have it on their mind if not expressed as a
question. Does the alternative press, often heckling
The Establishment, "the powers that be", the Ruling
Class, whatever THEY are called---do the dissident
views get results? And if so, how can we be sure? How
can it be known, measured, or proved?
YARDSTICKS AND OTHER MEASUREMENTS
[1] Helpful in measuring whether an "outside the box"
scandal, can cause commotions within the "box", are
historical records. The monopoly press keep the same,
calling them "the morgue", the place where they save
old news clips, sometimes so old they are on
microfilm, microfiche, and similar retention devices.
Do non-monopoly press sorts keep track that way? If
not, why not? Internet search engines are helpful but
limited. Did THEIR computers save the real stuff, the
real possible negatives, revealing little-known
happenings?
The pressfakers keep separate not to be publicly
examined files as part of "THE BLACKMAIL BUSINESS".

newspapers almost are beyond being sued or cannot
successfully be sued in Court. Why? A case in point is
The Chicago Tribune. It is virtually impossible to
bring a successful suit or claim against them. Even
accidents at their facilities caused by their
negligence. WHY? Because they keep secret files on
every judge, state and federal. And the judges know
full well of the existence of such files, from
anecdotal data gathered from others on the bench and
in the bar.
So the Chicago Tribune, and their parent, the media
monster, Tribune Conmpany, are virtually immune from
being fingered successfully in Court. As we stated in
our website story about the Tribune and the mob, the
newspaper empire has traditionally had as head of
their parent firm, the head of the Federal Reserve
Chicago District Bank.
Helpful in this regard, for the public benefit rather
than private enrichment, are huge files kept by
non-mass media research and investigation groups. I am
the founder/chairman of such a group, since 1963,
Citizen's Committee to Clean Up the Court. As part of
our work we have amassed, amongst us, some one million
records, audio and video tapes, secret notebooks,
little-known court files, notes of witnesses and
sources (whose identity we have an absolute policy NOT
to divulge, so as to preserve their identity and
employment, if not their actual life). We have the
notes of, for example, the most endangered species in
the United States, forthright, honest judges. Over the
years, some of them have met with us on the sly, to
tell us their woes and seek our off the record
suggestions
Not one of our sources, but having been considered one
of the most outspoken brave judges in America, is the
judge that dared issue and cause to be published in
the law books, the following:
"More than once judges of a court have been indirectly
reminded that they are personally taxpayers. No
sophisticated person is unaware that even in this
Commonwealth the INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE has been in
possession of facts with respect to public officials
which it has PRESENTED or SHELVED in order to serve
what can only be called political ends, be they high
or low. AND A JUDGE WHO KNOWS THE SCORE is aware that
every time HIS DECISIONS OFFEND THE INTERNAL REVENUE
SERVICE, he is inviting a close inspection of his own
returns."

It was apparently the same Federal Judge in Boston who
dared declare the Viet Nam War unconstitutional, but
whose decision was overturned by the war-mongering
banker-judges on the U.S. Supreme Court.
For similar reasons, most every organ of the mass
media dares NOT offend the U.S. Treasury, the U.S.
Secret Service, and the Internal Revenue Service.
[2] A long-festering mess, for years kept out of the
popular press in the U.S., has been the huge amount of
superior quality counterfeit U.S. Currency (actually,
Federal Reserve hot-air notes, backed by nbothing,
masquerading before the public as the "U.S. Dollar".)
In a prior exclusive story, we dealt with this
subject.
So, shortly after our story is posted, what happened?
Why, the U.S. Treasury boss, Paul O'Neill is sacked.
Of course, cynical sorts have a way of explaining it.
They say, Josef Stalin would have given him two
choices, if at all, Exile to Siberia or the firing
squad. O'Neill the money boss has a number of
failures, to his record, as far as the current
occupant and resident of the White House is concerned:
===Failure to successfully investigate the sizeable
number of U.S. Secret Service agents who have lately
and mysteriously resigned. O'Neill failed to
adequately find out and failed to shut them up. Some
ex-agents confirm to media sources, in confidence,
that they are fed up with the sexual perversions of
George W. Bush, including traveling around with his
long-time male sex-mate. Bush and this person, mayor
of a sizeable city, rendezvous at a certain lounge
purportedly owned by a major financier of Osama bin
Laden, demonized by Bush as the cause of most problems
of the U.S., despite the fact that the Bush Crime
Family has been in business with the bin Laden Family
including Osama who they are NOT on the outs with.
===Failure, by O'Neill, to stop all mention of the
huge problem of superior counterfeit U.S. Currency,
actually Federal Reserve Notes. It is causing
tremendous friction between the Washington government
and the Moscow government. Moscow czar Putin is
beginning to find out that he and his predecessor,
Yeltsin, had and have been propped up with huge
amounts of U.S. Currency, part of it the superior
quality bogus U.S. Currency. Short of ringing the neck
of George W. Bush, how is Putin, supposedly now a U.S.
ally formerly big with the Secret Police, supposed to
react?
===Failure by the U.S. Secret Service, part of the
U.S. Treasury, to keep secret a previously not
publicized film, together with documents, tending to
show that Daddy Bush was instrumental in the plot to
assassinate President John F. Kennedy. [An FBI
document, dated November 29, 1963, circulated by us
and a few others, tends to show the elder Bush was
part of the JFK plot cover up.] Failure, as well, by
the U.S. Secret Service to keep out of U.S.
bookstores, as they have in the past, the forbidden
book, "Farewell America", written by the French CIA
under the pen-name "James Hepburn". Now available,
since October, 2002, for the first time in U.S.
bookstores since being first issued in 1968.
Amazon.com has been offering the same in paperback
(previous hardback bootleg copies brought as much as
one hundred dollars).The book details the plot against
JFK.
===Failure of the U.S. Treasury, by boss O'Neill, to
adequately co-operate with the Federal Reserve czar
Alan Greenspan, to successfully pump up the U.S. Stock
Market, at least temporarily, jointly using part of
the long-secret superior quality phoney baloney U.S.
currency. In such failures, the Treasury and the Fed,
are opening the way for a possible "change of regime",
not in Baghdad, BUT WASHINGTON. In our prior exclusive
details, we told about the dissident U.S. Admirals and
Generals, vowing to arrest Commander-in-Chief Clinton
for treason. If Clinton were to arrest them for
mutiny, if they survived and were not assassinated,
they planned to defend their position documenting
Clinton's treason against the American commonfolk to
favor the Red Chinese. Although, as we have mentioned,
ten of these flag officers, military jargon

Hooverized, not me", anticipating a serious meltdown
of the U.S. financial system.
George W. Bush, in dismissing Treasury strawboss
O'Neill, is blaming one of the stooges for the acts
and doings of chief pro-British stooge George
himself.. The Bush Family, as we have documented,
share the proceeds of illicit dealings in a joint
account with the Queen of England, at her private
bank, Coutts Bank London. [See secret Federal Reserve
wire transfer records, under the secret code of
Greenspan, in a transaction of ONE HUNDRED BILLION

Bribes Bush", where the records of twenty five secret
Bush Crime Family worldwide bank accounts are attached

Note how the British Monarch sent the head of her
private bank to a key position with the Carlyle Group,
where Daddy Bush has been a heavily paid consultant to
the bin Laden business interests. As noted in the
Financial Times of London, December 19, 2001.
===Failure of the U.S. Treasury, through their
Internal Revenue Service unit, to increase tax
collections, to finance a proposed war to capture and
dominate one of the world's largest oil reserves not
fully developed, namely Iraq. And remember, Daddy Bush
had been a private business partner, in the 1980s,
with Saddam Hussein, as shown in a unpublicized

Thus, the Treasury, as supposedly supervised by
O'Neill, failed to crackdown on tax cheats. BUT, who
were those tax cheats if not those tied to the Bush
Crime Family. Such as WorldCom. Such as Enron. Such as
Microsoft which reportedly pays no taxes using reputed
book-cooking yet doing a zillion dollar business. Such
as General Electric. Greenspan's wife, Washington
correspondent for NBC, Andrea Mitchell, has ostensibly
covered up G.E.'s financial finagling. Mrs.
Greenspan's boss has been G.E. unit, NBC.
Some old-time cynics in Chicago perhaps remember my
first appearance on a live, not-taped, TV talk show,
1967. The host blundered in asking me a question he
did not know in advance the answer to. "Mr. Skolnick,
you contend Chicago and elsewhere around the nation
are riddled with bribe-taking judges. What do you
suggest be done with them?" He turned visibly pale
when I answered, "Selling justice, they are not
entitled to Due Process of Law. They should be dealt
with by a National Firing Squad, to teach the bench
and the bar a lesson."
One form of proof is circumstantial. With such
evidence, some in the past have even been sentenced to
the electric chair or execution by lethal injection. A
useful research tool, if not an actual yardstick, is
propinquity, events that can be shown to be related, a
sort of event kinship.
Various mass media reporters are becoming aware of the
details of the massive amount of fake superior quality
U.S. currency, much of it coming back from overseas
and also, how George W. Bush's cavorting with his male
sex-mate is enabling Red China to defeat U.S. national
security by way of blackmail.
Is the Federal Reserve dictator, the next to hurry-up
his retirement? We call the Oval Office resident and
occupant, Bushfraud, for reasons we have previously
mentioned. He has cut back the wages of federal
employees and his political party fails to extend
unemployment benefits to a suffering nation. Does HE
remember what happened to the last monarch who
scornfully told the anguished populace, "Let them eat
cake!"

To Sabu: While it's almost beyond the pale
statistically that both WTC towers fell vertically the
way they did without deliberate intent, it's not
impossible, given the particular structural framing of
those towers.
Occum's Razor suggests the simplest reason is usually
the most accurate.
Certainly it tends to damp down the traction
conspiracy theories get by lining up dead ducks in
retrospect.
On the other hand, a top dissident FBI leader was in
the building then!
A more likely scenario is that the Patriot Act and
Homeland Security Act were being pre-architected with
knowledge that strikes were coming, but, believe me,

The Templars of the Crown
The governmental and judicial systems within the
United States of America, at both federal and local
state levels, is owned by the "Crown," which is a
private foreign power. Before jumping to conclusions
about the Queen of England or the Royal Families of
Britain owning the U.S.A., this is a different "Crown"
and is fully exposed and explained below. We are
specifically referencing the established Templar
Church, known for centuries by the world as the
"Crown." From this point on, we will also refer to the
Crown as the Crown Temple or Crown Templar, all three
being synonymous.
First, a little historical background. The Temple
Church was built by the Knights Templar in two parts:
the Round and the Chancel. The Round Church was
consecrated in 1185 and modeled after the circular
Church of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem. The Chancel
was built in 1240. The Temple Church serves both the
Inner and Middle Temples (see below) and is located
between Fleet Street and Victoria Embankment at the
Thames River. Its grounds also house the Crown Offices
at Crown Office Row. This Temple "Church" is outside
any Canonical jurisdiction. The Master of the Temple
is appointed and takes his place by sealed
(non-public) patent, without induction or institution.
All licensed Bar Attorneys - Attorners (see
definitions below) - in the U.S. owe their allegiance
and give their solemn oath in pledge to the Crown
Temple, realizing this or not. This is simply due to
the fact that all Bar Associations throughout the
world are signatories and franchises to the
international Bar Association located at the Inns of
Court at Crown Temple, which are physically located at
Chancery Lane behind Fleet Street in London. Although
they vehemently deny it, all Bar Associations in the
U.S., such as the American Bar Association, the
Florida Bar, or California Bar Association, are
franchises to the Crown.
The Inns of Court (see below, The Four Inns of Court)
to the Crown Temple use the Banking and Judicial
system of the City of London - a sovereign and
independent territory which is not a part of Great
Britain (just as Washington City, as DC was called in
the 1800's, is not a part of the north American
states, nor is it a state) to defraud, coerce, and
manipulate the American people. These Fleet Street
bankers and lawyers are committing crimes in America
under the guise and color of law (see definitions for
legal and lawful below). They are known collectively
as the "Crown." Their lawyers are actually Templar Bar
Attornies, not lawyers.
The present Queen of England is not the "Crown," as we
have all been led to believe. Rather, it is the
Bankers and Attornies (Attorneys) who are the actual
Crown or Crown Temple. The Monarch aristocrats of
England have not been ruling sovereigns since the
reign of King John, circa 1215. All royal sovereignty
of the old British Crown since that time has passed to
the Crown Temple in Chancery.
The U.S.A. is not the free and sovereign nation that
our federal government tells us it is. If this were
true, we would not be dictated to by the Crown Temple
through its bankers and attornies. The U.S.A. is
controlled and manipulated by this private foreign
power and our unlawful Federal U.S. Government is
their pawn broker. The bankers and Bar Attorneys in
the U.S.A. are a franchise in oath and allegiance to
the Crown at Chancery - the Crown Temple Church and
its Chancel located at Chancery Lane - a manipulative
body of elite bankers and attorners from the
independent City of London who violate the law in
America by imposing fraudulent "legal" - but totally
unlawful - contracts on the American people. The banks
Rule the Temple Church and the Attorners carry out
their Orders by controlling their victim's judiciary.
Since the first Chancel of the Temple Church was built
by the Knights Templar, this is not a new ruling
system by any means. The Chancel, or Chancery, of the
Crown Inner Temple Court was where King John was, in
January 1215, when the English barons demanded that he
confirm the rights enshrined in the Magna Carta. This
City of London Temple was the headquarters of the
Templar Knights in Great Britain where Order and Rule
were first made, which became known as Code. Remember
all these terms, such as Crown, Temple, Templar,
Knight, Chancel, Chancery, Court, Code, Order and Rule
as we tie together their origins with the present
American Temple Bar system of thievery by equity
(chancery) contracts.
"Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for
ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed
appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead
men's bones, and of all uncleanness."

By what authority has the "Crown" usurped the natural
sovereignty of the American people? Is it acceptable
that the U.S. Supreme Court decides constitutional
issues in the U.S.A? How can it be considered in any
manner as being "constitutional" when this same
Supreme Court is appointed by (not elected) and paid
by the Federal U.S. Government? As you will soon see,
the land called North America belongs to the Crown
Temple.
The legal system (judiciary) of the U.S.A. is
controlled by the Crown Temple from the independent
and sovereign City of London. The private Federal
Reserve System, which issues fiat U.S. Federal Reserve
Notes, is financially owned and controlled by the
Crown from Switzerland, the home and legal origin for
the charters of the United Nations, the International
Monetary Fund, the World Trade Organization, and most
importantly, the Bank of International Settlements.
Even Hitler respected his Crown bankers by not bombing
Switzerland. The Bank of International Settlements in
Basel, Switzerland controls all the central banks of
the G7 nations. He who controls the gold rules the
world.

ATTORN, v.i. [L. ad and torno.] In the feudal law, to
turn, or transfer homage and service from one lord to
another. This is the act of feudatories, vassels or

ESQUIRE, n [L. scutum, a shield; Gr. a hide, of which
shields were anciently made.], a shield-bearer or
armor-bearer, scutifer; an attendant on a knight.
Hence in modern times, a title of dignity next in
degree below a knight. In England, this title is given
to the younger sons of noblemen, to officers of the
king's courts and of the household, to counselors at
law, justices of the peace, while in commission,
sheriffs, and other gentlemen. In the United States,
the title is given to public officers of all degrees,
from governors down to justices and

TEMPLAR, n. [from the Temple, a house near the Thames,
which originally belonged to the knights Templars. The

TEMPLE, n. [L. templum.] 1. A public edifice erected
in honor of some deity. Among pagans, a building
erected to some pretended deity, and in which the
people assembled to worship. Originally, temples were
open places, as the Stonehenge in England. 4. In
England, the Temples are two inns of court, thus
called because anciently the dwellings of the knights
Templars. They are called the Inner and the Middle

CAPITOL, n. 1. The temple of Jupiter in Rome, and a
fort or castle, on the Mons Capitolinus. In this, the
Senate of Rome anciently assembled; and on the same
place, is still the city hall or town-house, where the
conservators of the Romans hold their meetings. The
same name was given to the principal temples of the
Romans in their colonies.
INN, n. [Hebrew, To dwell or to pitch a tent.] 2. In
England, a college of municipal or common law
professors and students; formerly, the town-house of a
nobleman, bishop or other distinguished personage, in
which he resided when he attended the court. Inns of
court, colleges in which students of law reside and
are instructed. The principal are the Inner Temple,
the Middle Temple, Lincoln's Inn, and Gray's Inn. Inns
of chancery, colleges in which young students formerly
began their law studies. These are now occupied
chiefly by attorneys, solicitors, etc.
INNER, a. [from in.] Interior; farther inward than

CROWN, n. 4. Imperial or regal power or dominion;
sovereignty. There is a power behind the crown greater

COLONY, n. 1. A company [i.e. legal corporation] or
body of people transplanted from their mother country
to a remote province or country to cultivate and
inhabit it, and remaining subject to the jurisdiction

STATE, n. [L., to stand, to be fixed.] 1. Condition;
the circumstances of a being or thing at any given
time. These circumstances may be internal,
constitutional or peculiar to the being, or they may

ESTATE, n. [L. status, from sto, to stand. The roots
stb, std and stg, have nearly the same signification,
to set, to fix. It is probable that the L. sto is

PATENT, a. [L. patens, from pateo, to open.] 3.
Appropriated by letters patent. 4. Apparent;
conspicuous. PATENT, n. A writing given by the proper
authority and duly authenticated, granting a privilege
to some person or persons. By patent, or letters
patent, that is, open letters, the king of Great
Britain grants lands, honors and franchises.
PATENT, v.t. To grant by patent. 1. To secure the
exclusive right of a thing to a person
LAWFUL. In accordance with the law of the land;
according to the law; permitted, sanctioned, or
justified by law. "Lawful" properly implies a thing
conformable to or enjoined by law; "Legal", a thing in
the form or after the manner of law or binding by law.
A writ or warrant issuing from any court, under color
of law, is a "legal" process however defective. - A

LEGAL. Latin legalis. Pertaining to the understanding,
the exposition, the administration, the science and
the practice of law: as, the legal profession, legal
advice; legal blanks, newspaper. Implied or imputed in
law. Opposed to actual. "Legal" looks more to the
letter, and "Lawful" to the spirit, of the law.
"Legal" is more appropriate for conformity to positive
rules of law; "Lawful" for accord with ethical
principle. "Legal" imports rather that the forms of
law are observed, that the proceeding is correct in
method, that rules prescribed have been obeyed;
"Lawful" that the right is actful in substance, that
moral quality is secured. "Legal" is the antithesis of
"equitable", and the equivalent of "constructive". - 2

STATUS IN QUO, STATUS QUO. [L., state in which.] The
state in which anything is already. The phrase is also
used retrospectively, as when, on a treaty of place,
matters return to the status quo ante bellum, or are
left in statu quo ante bellum, i.e., the state (or, in
the state) before the war.

The Four Inns of Court to the unholy Temple
Globally, all the legalistic scams promoted by the
exclusive monopoly of the Temple Bar and their Bar
Association franchises come from four Inns or Temples
of Court: the Inner Temple, the Middle Temple,
Lincoln's Inn, and Gray's Inn. These Inns/Temples are
exclusive and private country clubs; secret societies
of world power in commerce. They are well established,
some having been founded in the early 1200's. The
Queen and Queen Mother of England are current members
of both the Inner Temple and Middle Temple. Gray's Inn
specializes in Taxation legalities by Rule and Code
for the Crown. Lincoln's Inn received its name from
the Third Earl of Lincoln (circa 1300).
Just like all U.S. based franchise Bar Associations,
none of the Four Inns of the Temple are incorporated -
for a definite and purposeful reason: You can't make
claim against a non-entity and a non-being. They are
private societies without charters or statutes, and
their so-called constitutions are based solely on
custom and self-regulation. In other words, they exist
as secret societies without a public "front door"
unless you're a private member called to their Bar.
While the Inner Temple holds the legal system
franchise by license to steal from Canada and Great
Britain, it is the Middle Temple that has legal
license to steal from America. This comes about
directly via their Bar Association franchises to the
Honourable Society of the Middle Temple through the
Crown Temple.
From THE HISTORY OF THE INN, Later Centuries, [p.6],
written by the Honourable Society of the Middle
Temple, we can see a direct tie to the Bar Association
franchises and its Crown signatories in America:
"Call to the Bar or keeping terms in one of the four
Inns a pre-requisite to Call at King's Inns until late
in the 19th century. In the 17th and 18th centuries,
students came from the American colonies and from many
of the West Indian islands. The Inn's records would
lead one to suppose that for a time there was hardly a
young gentleman in Charleston who had not studied
here. Five of the signatories to the Declaration of
Independence were Middle Templars, and notwithstanding
it and its consequences, Americans continued to come
here until the War of 1812".
All Bar Association licensed Attorneys must keep the
terms of their oath to the Crown Temple in order to be
accepted or "called to Bar" at any of the King's Inns.
Their oath, pledge, and terms of allegiance are made
to the Crown Temple.
It's a real eye opener to know that the Middle Inn of
the Crown Temple has publicly acknowledged there were
at least five Templar Bar Attornies, under solemn oath
only to the Crown, who signed what was alleged to be
an American Declaration of Independence. This simply
means that both parties to the Declaration agreement
were of the same origin, the Crown Temple. In case you
don't understand the importance of this, there is no
international agreement or treaty that will ever be
honored, or will ever have lawful effect, when the
same party signs as both the first and second parties.
It's merely a worthless piece of paper with no lawful
authority when both sides to any agreement are
actually the same. In reality, the American
Declaration of Independence was nothing more than an
internal memo of the Crown Temple made among its
private members.
By example, Alexander Hamilton was one of those
numerous Crown Templars who was called to their Bar.
In 1774, he entered King's College in New York City,
which was funded by members of the London King's Inns,
now named Columbia University. In 1777, he became a
personal aide and private secretary to George
Washington during the American Revolution.
In May of 1782, Hamilton began studying law in Albany,
New York, and within six months had completed a three
year course of studies, passed his examinations, and
was admitted to the New York Bar. Of course, the New
York Bar Association was/is a franchise of the Crown
Temple through the Middle Inn. After a year's service
in Congress during the 1782-1783 session, he settled
down to legal practice in New York City as Alexander
Hamilton, Esqr. In February of 1784, he wrote the
charter for, and became a founding member of, the Bank
of New York, the State's first bank.
He secured a place on the New York delegation to the
Federal Convention of 1787 at Philadelphia. In a five
hour speech on June 18th, he stated "an Executive for
life will be an elective Monarch". When all his
anti-Federalist New York colleagues withdrew from the
Convention in protest, he alone signed the
Constitution for the United States of America
representing New York State, one of the legal Crown
States (Colonies).
One should particularly notice that a lawful state is
made up of the people, but a State is a legal entity
of the Crown - a Crown Colony. This is an example of
the deceptive ways the Crown Temple - Middle Templars
- have taken control of America since the beginning of
our settlements.
Later, as President Washington's U.S. Treasury
Secretary, Hamilton alone laid the foundation of the
first Federal U.S. Central Bank, secured credit loans
through Crown banks in France and the Netherlands, and
increased the power of the Federal Government over the
hoodwinked nation-states of the Union. Hamilton had
never made a secret of the fact that he admired the
government and fiscal policies of Great Britain.
Americans were fooled into believing that the legal
Crown Colonies comprising New England were independent
nation states, but they never were nor are today. They
were and still are Colonies of the Crown Temple,
through letters patent and charters, who have no legal
authority to be independent from the Rule and Order of
the Crown Temple. A legal State is a Crown Temple
Colony.
Neither the American people nor the Queen of Britain
own America. The Crown Temple owns America through the
deception of those who have sworn their allegiance by
oath to the Middle Templar Bar. The Crown Bankers and
their Middle Templar Attornies Rule America through
unlawful contracts, unlawful taxes, and contract
documents of false equity through debt deceit, all
strictly enforced by their completely unlawful, but
"legal", Orders, Rules and Codes of the Crown Temple
Courts, our so-called "judiciary" in America. This is
because the Crown Temple holds the land titles and
estate deeds to all of North America.
The biggest lie is what the Crown and its agents refer
to as "the rule of law". In reality, it is not about
law at all, but solely about the Crown Rule of all
nations. For example, just read what President Bush
stated on November 13, 2001, regarding the "rule of
law:"
"Our countries are embarked on a new relationship for
the 21st century, founded on a commitment to the
values of democracy, the free market, and the rule of
law." - Joint Statement by President George W. Bush
and President Vladimir V. Putin on 11/13/01, spoken
from the White House, Washington D.C.
What happened in 1776?
"Whoever owns the soil, owns all the way to the
heavens and to the depths of the earth." - Old Latin
maxim and Roman expression.
1776 is the year that will truly live in infamy for
all Americans. It is the year that the Crown Colonies
became legal Crown States. The Declaration of
Independence was a legal, not lawful, document. It was
signed on both sides by representatives of the Crown
Temple. Legally, it announced the status quo of the
Crown Colonies to that of the new legal name called
"States" as direct possessive estates of the Crown
(see the definitions above to understand the legal
trickery that was done).
The American people were hoodwinked into thinking they
were declaring lawful independence from the Crown.
Proof that the Colonies are still in Crown possession
is the use of the word "State" to signify a "legal
estate of possession." Had this been a document of and
by the people, both the Declaration of Independence
and the U.S. Constitution would have been written
using the word "states". By the use of "State," the
significance of a government of estate possession was
legally established. All of the North American States
are Crown Templar possessions through their legal
document, signed by their representation of both
parties to the contract, known as the Constitution of
the United States of America.
All "Constitutional Rights" in America are simply
those dictated by the Crown Temple and enforced by the
Middle Inn Templars (Bar Attorners) through their
franchise and corporate government entity, the federal
United States Government. When a "State Citizen"
attempts to invoke his "constitutional", natural, or
common law "rights" in Chancery (equity courts), he is
told they don't apply. Why? Simply because a State
citizen has no rights outside of the Rule and Codes of
Crown "law". Only a state citizen has natural and
common law rights by the paramount authority of God's
Law.
The people who comprise the citizenry of a state are
recognized only within natural and common law as is
already established by God's Law. Only a State Citizen
can be a party to an action within a State Court. A
common state citizen cannot be recognized in that
court because he doesn't legally exist in Crown
Chancery Courts. In order to be recognized in their
State Courts, the common man must be converted to that
of a corporate or legal entity (a legal fiction).
Now you know why they create such an entity using all
capital letters within Birth Certificates issued by
the State. They convert the common lawful man of God
into a fictional legal entity subject to
Administration by State Rules, Orders and Codes (there
is no "law" within any Rule or Code). Of course,
Rules, Codes, etc. do not apply to the lawful common
man of the Lord of lords, so the man with inherent
Godly law and rights must be converted into a legal
"Person" of fictional "status" (another legal term) in
order for their legal - but completely unlawful -
State Judiciary (Chancery Courts) to have authority
over him. Chancery Courts are tribunal courts where
the decisions of "justice" are decided by 3 "judges".
This is a direct result of the Crown Temple having
invoked their Rule and Code over all judicial courts.
"It is held to be a settled Rule, that our courts can
not take notice of any title to land not derived from
the State or Colonial government, and duly verified by
patent." -4 Johns. Rep. 163. Jackson v. Waters, 12
Johns. Rep. 365. S.P.
The Crown Temple was granted Letters Patent (see
definition above) and Charters (definition below) for
all the land (Colonies) of New England by the King of
England, a sworn member of the Middle Temple (as the
Queen is now). Since the people were giving the
patent/charter corporations and Colonial Governours
such a hard time, especially concerning Crown
taxation, a scheme was devised to allow the Americans
to believe they were being granted "independence."
Remember, the Crown Templars represented both parties
to the 1776 Declaration of Independence; and, as we
are about to see, the latter 1787 U.S. Constitution.
To have this "Declaration" recognized by international
treaty law, and in order to establish the new legal
Crown entity of the incorporated United States, Middle
Templar King George III agreed to the Treaty of Paris
on September 3, 1783, "between the Crown of Great
Britain and the said United States". The Crown of
Great Britain legally was, then and now, the Crown
Temple. This formally gave international recognition
to the corporate "United States", the new Crown Temple
States (Colonies). Most important is to know who the
actual signatories to the Treaty of Paris were. Take
particular note to the abbreviation "Esqr." following
their names (see above definition for ESQUIRE) as this
legally signifies "Officers of the King's Courts",
which we now know were Templar Courts or Crown Courts.
This is the same Crown Templar Title given to
Alexander Hamilton (see above).
The Crown was represented in signature by "David
Hartley, Esqr.", a Middle Templar of the King's Court.
Representing the United States (a Crown franchise) by
signature was "John Adams, Esqr", "Benjamin Franklin,
Esqr." and "John Jay, Esqr." The signatories for the
"United States" were also Middle Templars of the
King's Court through Bar Association membership. What
is plainly written in history proves, once again, that
the Crown Temple was representing both parties to the
agreement. What a perfect and elaborate scam the
people of North America had pulled on them!
It becomes even more obvious when you read Article 5,
which states in part,
"to provide for the Restitution of all Estates,
Rights, and Properties which have been confiscated,
belonging to real British Subjects."
The Crown Colonies were granted to "persons" and
corporations of the Crown Temple through Letters
Patent and Charters, and the North American Colonial
land was owned by the Crown.
Now, here's a real catch-all in Article 4:
"It is agreed that creditors on either side shall meet
with no lawful impediment to the recovery of the full
value in sterling money of all bona fide debts
heretofore contracted."
Since the Crown and its Templars represented both the
United States, as the debtors, and the Crown, as the
creditors, then they became the creditor of the
American people by owning all debts of the former
Colonies, now called the legal Crown States. This
sounds too good to be true, but these are the facts.
The words SCAM and HOODWINKED can't begin to describe
what had taken place.
So then, what debts were owed to the Crown Temple and
their banks as of 1883? In the Contract Between the
King and the Thirteen United States of North America,
signed at Versailles July 16, 1782, Article I states,
"It is agreed and certified that the sums advanced by
His Majesty to the Congress of the United States under
the title of a loan, in the years 1778, 1779, 1780,
1781, and the present 1782, amount to the sum of
eighteen million of livres, money of France, according
to the following twenty-one receipts of the
above-mentioned underwritten Minister of Congress,
given in virtue of his full powers, to wit."
That amount equals about $18 million dollars, plus
interest, that Hamilton's U.S. Central Bank owed the
Crown through Crown Bank loans in France. This was
signed, on behalf of the United States, by an already
familiar Middle Templar, Benjamin Franklin, Esquire.
An additional $6 million dollars (six million livres)
was loaned to the United States at 5% interest by the
same parties in a similar Contract signed on February
25, 1783. The Crown Bankers in the Netherlands and
France were calling in their debts for payment by
future generations of Americans.
The Fiscal Agents of Mystery Babylon
Since its beginnings, the Temple Church at the City of
London has been a Knight Templar secret society. It
was built and established by the same Temple Knights
who were given their Rule and Order by the Roman Pope.
It's very important to know how the British Royal
Crown was placed into the hands of the Knights
Templars, and how the Crown Templars became the fiscal
and military agents for the Pope of the Roman Church.
This all becomes very clear through the Concession Of
England To The Pope on May 15, 1213.charter was sworn
in fealty by England's King John to Pope Innocent and
the Roman Church. It was witnessed before the Crown
Templars, as King John stated upon sealing the same,
"I myself bearing witness in the house of the Knights
Templars."
Pay particular attention to the words being used that
we have defined below, especially charter, fealty,
demur, and concession:
We wish it to be known to all of you, through this our
charter, furnished with our seal. not induced by force
or compelled by fear, but of our own good and
spontaneous will and by the common counsel of our
barons, do offer and freely concede to God and His
holy apostles Peter and Paul and to our mother the
holy Roman church, and to our lord pope Innocent and
to his Catholic successors, the whole kingdom of
England and the whole kingdom Ireland, with all their
rights and appurtenances. we perform and swear fealty
for them to him our aforesaid lord pope Innocent, and
his catholic successors and the Roman church. binding
our successors and our heirs by our wife forever, in
similar manner to perform fealty and show homage to
him who shall be chief pontiff at that time, and to
the Roman church without demur. As a sign. we will and
establish perpetual obligation and concession. from
the proper and especial revenues of our aforesaid
kingdoms. the Roman church shall receive yearly a
thousand marks sterling. saving to us and to our heirs
our rights, liberties and regalia; all of which
things, as they have been described above, we wish to
have perpetually valid and firm; and we bind ourselves
and our successors not to act counter to them. And if
we or any one of our successors shall presume to
attempt this, whoever he be, unless being duly warned
he come to his kingdom, and this senses, be shall lose
his right to the kingdom, and this charter of our
obligation and concession shall always remain firm.
Most who have commented on this charter only emphasize
the payments due the Pope and the Roman Church. What
should be emphasized is the fact that King John broke
the terms of this charter by signing the Magna Carta
on June 15, 1215. Remember; the penalty for breaking
the 1213 agreement was the loss of the Crown (right to
the kingdom) to the Pope and his Roman Church. It says
so quite plainly. To formally and lawfully take the
Crown from the royal monarchs of England by an act of
declaration, on August 24, 1215, Pope Innocent III
annulled the Magna Carta; later in the year, he placed
an Interdict (prohibition) on the entire British
empire. From that time until today, the English
monarchy and the entire British Crown belonged to the
Pope.
The following definitions are all taken from Webster's
1828 Dictionary since the meanings have not been
perverted for nearly 200 years:
FEALTY, n. [L. fidelis.] Fidelity to a lord; faithful
adherence of a tenant or vassal to the superior of
whom he holds his lands; loyalty. Under the feudal
system of tenures, every vassal or tenant was bound to
be true and faithful to his lord, and to defend him
against all his enemies. This obligation was called
his fidelity or fealty, and an oath of fealty was
required to be taken by all tenants to their
landlords. The tenant was called a liege man; the
land, a liege fee; and the superior, liege lord.
FEE, n. [In English, is loan. This word, fee, inland,
or an estate in trust, originated among the
descendants of the northern conquerors of Italy, but
it originated in the south of Europe. See Feud.]
Primarily, a loan of land, an estate in trust, granted
by a prince or lord, to be held by the grantee on
condition of personal service, or other condition; and
if the grantee or tenant failed to perform the
conditions, the land reverted to the lord or donor,
called the landlord, or lend-lord, the lord of the
loan. A fee then is any land or tenement held of a
superior on certain conditions. It is synonymous with
fief and feud. In the United States, an estate in fee
or fee simple is what is called in English law an
allodial estate, an estate held by a person in his own
right, and descendible to the heirs in general.
FEUD, n. [L. fides; Eng. loan.] A fief; a fee; a right
to lands or hereditaments held in trust, or on the
terms of performing certain conditions; the right
which a vassal or tenant has to the lands or other
immovable thing of his lord, to use the same and take
the profits thereof hereditarily, rendering to his
superior such duties and services as belong to
military tenure, &c., the property of the soil always
remaining in the lord or superior.
By swearing to the 1213 Charter in fealty, King John
declared that the British-English Crown and its
possessions at that time, including all future
possessions, estates, trusts, charters, letters
patent, and land, were forever bound to the Pope and
the Roman Church, the landlord. Some five hundred
years later, the New England Colonies in America
became a part of the Crown as a possession and trust
named the "United States."
ATTORNING, ppr. Acknowledging a new lord, or
transferring homage and fealty to the purchaser of an
estate.
Bar Attorneys have been attorning ever since they were
founded at the Temple Church, by acknowledging that
the Crown and he who holds the Crown is the new lord
of the land.
CHARTER, n. 1. A written instrument, executed with
usual forms, given as evidence of a grant, contract,
or whatever is done between man and man. In its more
usual sense, it is the instrument of a grant
conferring powers, rights and privileges, either from
a king or other sovereign power, or from a private
person, as a charter of exemption, that no person
shall be empanelled on a jury, a charter of pardon,
&c. The charters under which most of the colonies in
America were settled, were given by the king of
England, and incorporated certain persons, with powers
to hold the lands granted, to establish a government,
and make laws for their own regulation. These were
called charter-governments.
By agreeing to the Magna Carta, King John had broken
the agreement terms of his fealty with Rome and the
Pope.
The Pope and his Roman Church control the Crown Temple
because his Knights established it under his Orders.
He who controls the gold controls the world.
The Crown Temple Today
The workings of the Crown Temple in this day and age
is moreso obvious, yet somewhat hidden. The Crown
Templars have many names and many symbols to signify
their private and unholy Temple. Take a close look at
the (alleged) one dollar $1 private Federal Reserve
System (a Crown banking franchise) Debt Note.
Notice in the base of the pyramid the Roman date
MDCCLXXVI which is written in Roman numerals for the
year 1776. The words ANNUIT COEPTIS NOVUS ORDO
SECLORUM are Roman Latin for ANNOUNCING THE BIRTH OF
THE NEW ORDER OF THE WORLD. Go back to the definitions
above and pay particular attention to the words
CAPITOL, CROWN and TEMPLE. 1776 signifies the birth of
the New World Order under the Crown Temple. That's
when their American Crown Colonies became the
chartered government called the United States, thanks
to the Declaration of Independence. Since that date,
the United Nations (another legal Crown Temple by
charter) rose up and refers to every nation as a State
member.
The Wizard of Oz = the Crown Temple
This is not a mere child's story written by L. Frank
Baum. What symbol does "Oz" stand for? Ounces.Gold
What is the yellow brick road? Bricks or ingot bars of
gold.
The character known as the Straw Man represents that
fictitious ALL CAPS legal fiction - a PERSON - the
Federal U.S. Government created with the same spelling
as your Christian birth name. Remember what the Straw
Man wanted from the Wizard of Oz? A brain! No legal
fiction has a brain because they have no breath of
life! What did he get in place of a brain? A
Certificate. A Birth Certificate for a new legal
creation. He was proud of his new legal status, plus
all the other legalisms he was granted. Now he becomes
the true epitome of the brainless sack of straw who
was given a Certificate in place of a brain of common
sense.
What about the Tin Man? Does Taxpayer Identification
Number (TIN) mean anything to you? The poor TIN Man
just stood there mindlessly doing his work until his
body literally froze up and stopped functioning. He
worked himself to death because he had no heart nor
soul. He's the heartless and emotionless creature
robotically carrying out his daily task as if he was
already dead. He's the ox pulling the plow and the
mule toiling under the yoke. His masters keep him cold
on the outside and heartless on the inside in order to
control any emotions or heart he may get a hold of.
The pitiful Cowardly Lion was always too frightened to
stand up for himself. Of course, he was a bully and a
big mouth when it came to picking on those smaller
than he was. They act as if they have great courage,
but they really have none at all. All roar with no
teeth of authority to back them up. When push came to
shove, the Cowardly Lion always buckled under and
whimpered when anyone of any size or stature
challenged him. He wanted courage from the Grand
Wizard, so he was awarded a medal of "official"
recognition. Now, regardless of how much of a coward
he still was, his official status made him a bully
with officially recognized authority. He's just like
the Attorneys who hide behind the Middle Courts of the
Temple Bar.
What about the trip through the field of poppies? They
weren't real people, so drugs had no effect on them.
The Wizard of Oz was written at the turn of the
century, so how could the author have known America
was going to be drugged? The Crown has been playing
the drug cartel game for centuries. Just look up the
history of Hong Kong and the Opium Wars. The Crown
already had valuable experience conquering all of
China with drugs, so why not the rest of the world?
Who finally exposed the Wizard for what he really was?
Toto, the ugly (or cute, depending on your
perspective) and somewhat annoying little dog. Toto
means "in total, all together; Latin in toto." Notice
how Toto was not scared of the Great Wizard's
theatrics, yet he was so small in size compared to the
Wizard, no-one seemed to notice him. The smoke, flames
and hologram images were designed to frighten people
into doing as the Great Wizard of Oz commanded. Toto
simply went over, looked behind the curtain - the
court - (see the definition for curtain above), saw it
was a scam, and started barking until others paid
attention to him and came to see what all the barking
was about.Just an ordinary person controlling the
levers that created the illusions of the Great
Wizard's power and authority. The veil hiding the
corporate legal fiction and its false courts was
removed. The Wizard's game was up. It's too bad that
people don't realize how loud a bark from a little dog
is. How about your bark? Do you just remain silent and
wait to be given whatever food and recognition, if
any, your legal master gives you?
Let's not forget those pesky flying monkeys. What a
perfect mythical creature to symbolize the Bar
Association Attorners who attack and control all the
little people for the Great Crown Wizard, the powerful
and grand Bankers of Oz - Gold.
What is it going to take to expose the Wizard and tear
down the court veil for what they really are? Each of
us needs only a brain, a heart and soul, and courage.
Then, and most importantly, we all need to learn how
to work together. Only "in toto," working together as
one Body of the King of Kings, can we ever be free or
have the freedom given under God's Law.
Mystery Babylon Revealed
There is no mystery behind the current abomination of
Babylon for those who discern His Truth:
And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY,
BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND
ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
-Revelation 17:5
God has reserved His judgment for the great
idolatress, Rome, the chief seat of all idolatry, that
rules over many nations with whom the kings have
committed to the worship of her idols (see Revelation
17:1-4). The Pope and His purported Church; sitting on
the Temple throne at the Vatican; ruling the nations
of the earth through the Crown Temple of ungodly
deities are the Rule and Order of Babylon; the Crown
of godlessness and the Code of commerce.
One may call the Rule of the world today by many
names: The New World Order (a Bush family favourite),
the Third Way (spoken by Tony Blair and Bill Clinton),
the Illuminati, Triad, Triangle, Trinity, Masonry, the
United Nations, the EU, the US, or many dozens of
other names. However, they all point to one origin and
one beginning. We have traced this in history to the
Crown Temple, the Temple Church circa 1200. Because
the Pope created the Order of the Temple Knights (the
Grand Wizards of deception) and established their
mighty Temple Church in the sovereign City of London,
it is the Pope and his Roman Capitols who control the
world.
"And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet
colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and
pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of
abominations and filthiness of her fornication"
-Revelation 17:4
This verse appears to be an accurate description of
the Pope and His Bishops for the past 1,700 years. The
idolatries of commerce in the world: all the gold and
silver; the iron and soft metals; the money and coins
and riches of the world: All of these are under the
control of the Crown Temple; the Roman King and his
false Church; the throne of Babylon; attended to by
his Templar Knights, the Wizards of abomination and
idolatry.
"The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the
woman [mother of harlots] sitteth" - Revelation 17:9
The only mention of "seven mountains" within our
present-day Bible is at Revelation 17:9, so it's no
wonder this has been a mystery to the current Body of
Christ. The 1611 King James (who was a Crown Templar)
Bible is not the entire canon of the early church
("church" in Latin ecclesia; in Greek ekklesia). This
in itself is no mystery as history records the
existence and destruction of these early church
writings; just as history has now proven their genuine
authenticity with the appearance of the Dead Sea
Scrolls and the coptic library at Nag Hagmadi in
Egypt, among many other recent Greek language
discoveries within the past 100 years.
The current Holy Bible quotes the Book of Enoch
numerous times:
By faith Enoch was taken away so that he did not see
death, "and was not found, because God had taken him";
for before he was taken he had this testimony, that he
pleased God.
- Hebrews 11:5
Now Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied about
these men also, saying, "Behold, the Lord comes with
ten thousands of His saints, to execute judgment on
all, to convict all who are ungodly among them of all
their ungodly deeds which they have committed in an
ungodly way, and of all the harsh things which ungodly
sinners have spoken against Him."
- Jude 1:14-15
The Book of Enoch was considered scripture by most
early Christians. The earliest literature of the
so-called "Church Fathers" is filled with references
to this mysterious book. The second century Epistle of
Barnabus makes much use of the Book of Enoch. Second
and Third Century "Church Fathers," such as Justin
Martyr, Irenaeus, Origin and Clement of Alexandria,
all make use of the Book of Enoch "Holy Scripture".
The Ethiopic Church included the Book of Enoch to its
official canon. It was widely known and read the first
three centuries after Christ. However, this and many
other books became discredited after the Roman Council
of Laodicea. Being under ban of the Roman Papal
authorities, afterwards they gradually passed out of
circulation.
At about the time of the Protestant Reformation, there
was a renewed interest in the Book of Enoch, which had
long since been lost to the modern world. By the late
1400's, rumors began to spread that a copy of the long
lost Book of Enoch might still exist. During this
time, many books arose claiming to be the lost book
but were later found to be forgeries.
The return of the Book of Enoch to the modern western
world is credited to the famous explorer James Bruce,
who in 1773 returned from six years in Abyssinia with
three Ethiopic copies of the lost book. In 1821,
Richard Laurence published the first English
translation. The now famous R.H. Charles edition was
first published by Oxford Press in 1912. In the
following years, several portions of the Greek text
also surfaced. Then, with the discovery of cave number
four of the Dead Sea Scrolls, seven fragmentary copies
of the Aramaic text were discovered.
Within the Book of Enoch is revealed one of the
mysteries of Babylon concerning the seven mountains
she sits upon (underlining has been added):
[CHAPTER 52] 2 There mine eyes saw all the secret
things of heaven that shall be; a mountain of iron, a
mountain of copper, a mountain of silver, a mountain
of gold, a mountain of soft metal, and a mountain of
lead.
6 These [6] mountains which thine eyes have seen: The
mountain of iron, the mountain of copper, the mountain
of silver, the mountain of gold, the mountain of soft
metal, and the mountain of lead. All these shall be in
the presence of the Elect One as wax: Before the fire,
like the water which streams down from above upon
those mountains, and they shall become powerless
before his feet. 7 It shall come to pass in those days
that none shall be saved, either by gold or by silver,
and none be able to escape. 8 There shall be no iron
for war, nor shall one clothe oneself with a
breastplate. Bronze shall be of no service, tin shall
be of no service and shall not be esteemed, and lead
shall not be desired. 9 All these things shall be
denied and destroyed from the surface of the earth
when the Elect One shall appear before the face of the
Lord of Spirits.'
[CHAPTER 24] 3 The seventh mountain was in the midst
of these, and it excelled them in height, resembling
the seat of a throne; and fragrant trees encircled the
throne.
[CHAPTER 25] 3 And he answered saying: 'This high
mountain which thou hast seen, whose summit is like
the throne of God, is His throne, where the Holy Great
One, the Lord of Glory, the Eternal King, will sit,
when He shall come down to visit the earth with
goodness. 4 As for this fragrant tree, no mortal is
permitted to touch it until the great judgement when
He shall take vengeance on all and bring (everything)
to its consummation for ever. 5 It shall then be given
to the righteous and Holy. Its fruit shall be for food
to the elect: It shall be transplanted to the Holy
place, to the temple of the Lord, the Eternal King. 6
Then shall they rejoice with joy and be glad, and into
the Holy place shall they enter; its fragrance shall
be in their bones and they shall live a long life on
earth, such as thy fathers lived: In their days shall
no sorrow, or plague, or torment, or calamity touch
them.'
The present wealth and power of all the world's gold,
silver, tin, bronze, pearls, diamonds, gemstones,
iron, and copper belonging the Babylon whore, and held
in the treasuries of her Crown Templar banks and deep
stony vaults, will not be able to save them at the
time of the Lord's judgment.
But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites!
for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for
ye neither go in [yourselves], neither suffer ye them
that are entering to go in.
- Matthew 23:13
Where do we go from here?
Now that their false Temple has been exposed, how does
this apply to the Kingdom of Heaven? To reach the end,
you must know the beginning. For everything ordained
of God, there is an imitation ordained of evil that
looks like the genuine thing. There is the knowledge
of good and the knowledge of evil. The problem is,
most believe they have the knowledge of God when what
they really have is knowledge of world deceptions
operating as gods. The only way to discern and begin
to understand the Kingdom of Heaven is to seek the
Knowledge that comes only from God, not the knowledge
of men who take their legal claim as earthly rulers
and gods.
The false Crown Temple and its Grand Wizard Knights
have led the world to believe that they are of the
Lord God and hold the knowledge and keys to His
Kingdom. What they hold within their Temples are the
opposite. They claim to be the "Holy Church," but
which holy church? The real one or the false one? Are
the Pope and his Roman Church the Temple of God, or is
this the unholy Temple of Babylon sitting upon the
seven mountains?
They use the same words, but alter them to show the
true meaning they have applied: The State is not a
state; a Certificate is not a certification. The Roman
Church is not the church (ekklesia). There is the
Crown of the Lord; and a Crown of that which is not of
the Lord. All imitations appear to be the genuine
article, but they are fakes. Those who are truly
seeking the genuine Kingdom of God must allow the Lord
to show them the discernment between the genuine and
the imitation. Without this discernment by the Holy
Spirit, all will remain fooled by the illusions of
false deity emanating from the unholy spirits of the
Wizards.
Neither shall they say, Lo here! Or, lo there! For
behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

Palestinians arrest al-Qaeda 'poseurs'
December 8 2002
Palestinian security forces have arrested a group of
Palestinians for collaborating with Israel and posing
as operatives of Osama bin Laden's al-Qaeda terrorist
network, a senior official said yesterday.
The arrests come two days after Israeli Prime Minister
Ariel Sharon charged al-Qaeda militants were operating
in Gaza and in Lebanon.
"The Palestinian Authority arrested a group of
collaborators who confessed they were working for
Israel, posing as al-Qaeda operatives in the
Palestinian territories," said the official, on
condition of anonymity.
He said the alleged collaborators sought to "discredit
the Palestinian people, justify every Israeli crime
and provide reasons to carry out a new (military)
aggression in the Gaza Strip."
The official did not say how many suspects had been
arrested, nor where or when they were nabbed.
Earlier, international cooperation minister Nabil
Shaath announced he would hold a press conference here
on the alleged presence of al-Qaeda operatives in the
Gaza Strip.
Sharon's announcement marked the first time Israel
officially claimed that al-Qaeda, held responsible for
the September 11, 2001 attacks in the United States,
was operating in the Palestinian territories.
It was considered a surprise because the Gaza Strip is
virtually sealed off by Israeli troops.
The hardline Israeli leader also charged other members
of the terror group were cooperating with Lebanon's
Shi'ite militia Hizbollah.
The Palestinians slammed the allegation as "totally
absurd" and accused Sharon of trying to piggyback on
the US-led "war against terrorism" to strengthen his
military operations against militants in the
territories.
Both the Lebanese government and Hizbollah made
similar statements.
A US citizen of Syrian descent was arrested last month
at Ben Gurion airport in Tel Aviv on suspicion of
transferring funds to terrorist organisations in
general, and those connected to al-Qaeda in
particular.
Three Israelis and 10 Kenyans were killed in a suicide
attack on a hotel near the Kenyan port of Mombasa last
Thursday, shortly after missiles narrowly missed an
Israeli charter flight taking off from there with 261
passengers.
The attacks were purportedly claimed by al-Qaeda on an
Islamic website.
Meanwhile, Israeli troops backed by tanks and
helicopter gunships swept into the Bureij refugee camp
in the Gaza Strip yesterday, sparking a gun battle and
killing 10 people, Palestinian witnesses and medics
said.
Army officials said the troops had met fierce
resistance in the three-hour pre-dawn incursion, which
it said was intended to root out militants responsible
for attacks on troops in Gaza in a more than two-year
Palestinian uprising for independence.

all giddy about selling $50 worth of chocolate mice at

I'm one who did read your article about the dirty
bomb-one of the first from this site that I read-and
followed it with a search about the Neil Bush/Scott
Hinckley dinner. I had some knowledge about the NWO
order (Bilderbergers etc.), how media (here in Canada
anyway) is connected to governments (and runs them)
and was already aware of many of the realities of the
9/11 attacks and what followed. But, it was that story
concerning the Bush/Hinckley connection that pulled
all the pieces together, that and the ongoing research
that spun off of it.
There's no doubt now as to who's doing the handiwork
for the NWO. There's also no doubt as to how far
they'll go. But, with what's happening now they've

countries. Oil (for example), which was almost never
mentioned as a factor in "The War on (for) Terror", is
now talked about regularly. More and more news items
contain skepticism concerning the impending War
against Iraq.
Does this mean the media is becoming honest? Hardly.
It's as much the slave of it's corporate demigods as
ever and always will be. References to details like
bombing hell out of the "no-fly zones" are still
assidiously avoided. Anyone wanting truth still needs
to come here and to other sites/forums like it. You're
right vox, people do have an appetite for truth. By
and large, the populations of both our nations are
still asleep but they do seem more receptive to truth
than they used to be. Maybe the Bush capacity for
spewing bullshit overloaded their capacity to absorb
it? Who knows? All I know is that if everyone who
becomes aware and awake manages to do the same to a
few others and starts putting pressure on their
locally elected officials (which I have done-it was
interesting seeing a few lightbulbs coming on that
first day) it's not long before something can and will
be done. As William Guy Carr, author of "Pawns in the
Game" so astutely said, "the only reason evil men have
their way is because good men stand by and do nothing"
Be active people. It's the only real choice we have.
There may be a god who is our provider and saviour,
but if that's the case, he also gave us free will
along with the abilities to reason, think and act; in
short, he's made us responsible for ourselves. We made
this mess by standing and doing nothing: he's not
going to solve it for us. He may give us the tools-if
one thinks about it we already have them-but it's up
to us to act.
They do know who we all are. So what! Be proud of it.
Stand and be counted. Make your views known. Nothing
will be accomplished by hiding.

I watched a copy of a 1994 documentary which was to be
aired on the Discovery Channel. It was called
"Conspiracy of Silence". It concerned a pedophile ring
run by a prominent Republican named Larry King. This
man ran a pedophile ring which transported children,
many of them young boys from Boystown, all over the
country for use in sex parties which involved
prominent politicians. These politicians include
prominent Republicans and Democrats, and at least one
of the witnesses mentioned being taken to the White
House. When the story broke, the local papers worked
hard to discredit the witnesses, and the FBI went into
its usual coverup mode. Who were the prominent
politicans that the FBI was protecting? This
documentary was yanked due to extreme political
pressure, and the production company was reimbursed
for its costs. Ted Gunderson, an FBI agent who
uncovered pedophilia at high levels of the political
world, received a bootleg copy of this documentary
from anonymous sources after it was squelched. One
can't help but wonder whether the Bush family may be
involved in this perversion. There are books on the
subject by mind control survivors such as Brice Taylor
(she mentions Henry Kissinger, Bush Sr. and Bob Hope)
in the book "Thanks for the Memories". I wonder if any
of you out there have read this book. Is it
unreasonable to assume that, like the Roman Empire,
and the Holy Roman Empire, that the American Empire
has been consumed by greed, corruption, and finally
perversion? There are multiple historical precedents
for this. When perversion takes hold of an empire, the
end of that empire is just around the proverbial
corner.

These are the hours of immediate history.
As in Eastern Europe 13 years ago, the final defeat of
dictatorial power in Venezuela came last night at the
doors of its "control rooms" - the TV stations.
On Monday night, the Venezuelan majority - unwilling
to allow an upper-class economic coup d'etat that
poses dishonestly as a "strike" to unseat its
democratically elected government - took to the
streets on a scale only seen once before in the
nation's modern history; as they had last April, when
they turned back a military coup d'etat.
By early Tuesday morning the masses had every
Commercial TV station in the nation surrounded. Their
weapons were nonviolent and theatrical: pots, pans,
fireworks and thousands of defiant but smiling faces.
Only at one TV installation in one of the outlying
provinces - in Maracay State - did the public actually
invade the facilities of a station that uses the
public airwaves. Everywhere else, including at all the
national TV stations in Caracas, immense restraint has
been shown by the masses protesting outside of them.
The bluff of the former ruling class and its media -
that their top-down imposed sabotage of the Venezuelan
economy and oil industry of the past week is somehow a
popular "strike" - has been called. The "strike
leaders," including corrupt oil union boss Carlos
Ortega, have, in recent hours, disappeared from public
view, abandoning their own supporters among the upper
classes.
To make sure the coup plotters don't flee the country,
the neighbors of Simón Bolívar International Airport
near Caracas have surrounded the airport as well.
The coup supporters, including the rogue ex-military
officials from April's attack on democracy who in
recent days have called unsuccessfully for military
coup, promptly abandoned Plaza Altamira last night,
their physical base: the public stage they had
occupied continuously for the past few weeks.
Coup Plotters' Plaza Altamira is Empty
Confronted with the rising of the more massive and
true majority of Venezuelan Civil Society, the rogue
officers and the elite of Caracas have retreated,
returning to their homes to watch the conflict on TV
as fireworks boom in the air all around them.
Meanwhile, the ostensible "mediator" of the conflict
has cynically called for government repression against
the peaceful pro-democracy demonstrators assembled
outside the TV stations. With that action, Cesar
Gaviria has lost any illusory credibility in his
aspiration to "mediate" the Venezuelan conflict. He
should return to Washington immediately.
Gaviria, Go Home
Gaviria, secretary-general of the Organization of
American States (OAS), has just squandered whatever
credibility the organization tenuously had as mediator
in the Venezuelan conflict. He should leave Caracas
immediately - where he has become a destabilizing
force against democracy and constitutional rule - and
cease posing as a "mediator" of a power-struggle in
which he is, now transparently, a partisan player.
On the very same day - Monday, December 9th - that the
permanent council of the Organization of American
States (OAS), representing all nations in América,
stated that "all the countries of the hemisphere
ratify unanimously our support for Venezuelan
democracy," the OAS chairman, in Caracas, showed his
contempt for that same Venezuelan democracy and the
right of public assembly.
According to the French Press Agency (AFP), Gaviria
"condemned" peaceful demonstrations by the Venezuelan
people outside of pro-coup TV stations Globovision,
Venevision, and other commercial media corporations.
The "news coverage" of those media companies in recent
days has been at extreme levels of simulation and
dishonesty even for them: the people have had enough.
Terming the popular assemblies as "acts of
intimidation" against a "free press," Gaviria called
upon the Chávez government to use repression against
the demonstrators.
"The secretary general of the OAS is deeply worried
about the acts of intimidation against the
installations of some of the principal media of the
country such as Radio Caracas Television, the De Armas
Group, Venevision and Globovision," Gaviria stated
through an OAS press release from the posh Melia Hotel
in Downtown Caracas, according to AFP.
Gaviria expressed his "condemnation of such acts that
put freedom of speech at serious risk," reported AFP,
and made "an urgent call upon the authorities to take
immediate action to cease such threats. There can be
no doubt that press freedom and free speech are two
totally consistent elements with the existence of
democratic principles."
But in calling for government action against the free
speech rights of the people to peaceably assemble,
Gaviria revealed the false discourse of Power
regarding "press freedom." For Gaviria (and some
corporate "press freedom" organizations), the
libertinism of a paid press takes priority over the
liberty of free speech by all the people. Nothing is
more frightening to them - nor more important for
Authentic Democracy - than a scenario in which the
masses confront this era's hijacking of the public
airwaves by an elite minority.
For the past week, coup supporters demonstrated (as is
their right, too) outside of Venezuela's public TV
station, without a single word of protest from Gaviria
or any "press freedom" organization, and without any
repression from the Chávez government. Gaviria
certainly did not term those demonstrations as
"threats" or call on the State to "cease" them, as he
did yesterday against the more popular demonstrations
against media simulation.
The Venezuelan people have every right and duty to
demonstrate outside of the commercial TV stations.
Those media companies backed the failed April 2002
coup d'etat in that country with a big lie that
"Chávez Resigned" when twice-elected President Hugo
Chávez had not. For the past week, those commercial TV
stations have nakedly attempted to provoke another
coup by inventing another big lie - parroted by most
of the U.S. and English-language press corps - that a
management imposed work lockout in some sectors is
somehow a "general strike." Like "Chávez Resigned,"
the use of the term "strike" is this week's big lie;
repeated ad nauseam in the hope that it will be
believed by the gullible among us.
The problem for the Big Liars is that the Venezuelan
majority didn't buy it. The people - having watched
foreign companies like McDonald's, Wendy's and British
Petroleum lock their workers out for the imposed
"strike" while the small neighborhood shopkeepers and
businesses remained open - have, in this month of
December of 2002, showed the world that "the big lie
theory" for controlling public opinion no longer
works.
Who the Hell is Cesar Gaviria?
Gaviria, the former Colombian president (1990-1994),
was the chief beneficiary of the assassination of
popular Colombian presidential candidate Luis Carlos
Galan, whose elimination cleared the way for the
Gaviria presidency. Gaviria was the president who
allowed paramilitary death squads to gain a foothold
in Colombia. It was Gaviria who sold his nation's
sovereignty to foreign powers and betrayed his own
attorney general Gustavo de Greiff, after de Greiff
had defied Washington by calling for drug
legalization. And it was Gaviria who Washington later
installed as secretary-general of the OAS in order to
pave the way for Plan Colombia and military
intervention in that country.
In recent days, Gaviria has ostensibly been in
Venezuela as a "mediator" of the conflict between the
oil-soaked oligarchy on one side and the supporters of
the Constitutional democracy and the Chávez government
on the other.
Washington's discourse this week has been to feign
support for democracy in Venezuela (while Spaniard
intelligence operatives from Europe handled the
hands-on dirty work of this most recent coup attempt)
by making proclamations of support for Gaviria as
mediator.
Now that Gaviria has called for State repression
against the peaceful assemblies spreading like
wildfire tonight throughout Venezuela, the true goals
of this US-backed act of "Mediation Theater" are
obvious to all reasonable observers. This was an
attempted coup in strike's clothing.
Foreign powers and billionaire economic interests
tried to fix the game by installing their own referee,
Cesar Gaviria, in Caracas. But he's not an umpire or
referee. He's a player for the team that has now lost
the contest, an advocate for destabilization and
repression, and it is time for Gaviria to get the hell
out of the stadium.
The only possible "mediator" of this dispute cannot be
the commercial media nor foreign interests: It is, and
will be, the Venezuelan people who now make the calls.

Hi vox--Was feeling discouraged today after meeting of
local "activist" group last night in which we
discussed trash in town's streets, starting a hiking
group, and forming committees--and subject quickly
changed w/nervous laughter when i brought up homeland
"security" bill--following a candlelight peace vigil
in which no one carried signs because town clerk "made
a face" when signs mentioned to her (after futile
attempt to point out that w/o signs it would look like
a group of mute carolers i declined to participate)--
but got my vox fix and believe i can go on--(and
travel a bit further afield to find a more compatible
"Think globally, act locally" community).
Thanks to loner for venezuela article--read (usual
mind-fogging) mass media account and have been trying
to find truth--confess that up till last night have
been harboring foolish hopes that americans would
unite in similar resistance--but it is inspiring

To Webb Cook--i commend you for your courage--and
agree that knowing the truth "takes a lot of the fun
out of life"--especially the truth about what is being
done to the children. Over 1000 disappeared from
system in jeb's state, including a 3-yr-old girl
listed as "runaway." Am not a scripture quoter--but in
this case: "But whoso shall offend one of these little
ones...,it were better for him that a millstone were
hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the
depth of the sea."

believe that we create our own realities and can
change the world through Love, or that i will be
raptured up out of this, or hop over the 4th dimension
into a joyful loving 5th as the vibrations of our
planet speed up--but believe that Truth works for
everyone or it is not a truth--what of those MANY
children "sacrificed" while in deliberately induced
terror--very little children whose "thought forms"
surely did not include these abominations and
cruelties. Agree that hatred corrodes the soul, but
righteous anger and appropriate action do not.

Bush isn't a moron, he's a cunning sociopath

December 5, 2002-If any of us are to have a future
worth having, the world's leaders, the members of
Congress, the US corporate media and people of all
political persuasions who value freedom and democracy
had better start seeing George W. Bush for what he is:
a sociopath and a passive serial killer.
Psychiatrists tell us that all serial killers lack the
emotions that make us human; that they have to learn
to emulate those emotions in order to get by in
society. Hence, a charming, well educated fellow like
Ted Bundy who is known to have murdered 15 women and
may have killed 36 before he was caught.
While Bush is no Bundy, when it comes Bundy's
education and acquired charm, and to our knowledge has
never personally murdered anyone, it has been evident
to us that there is something missing in George W. in
terms of his lack of compassion and empathy. As
governor of Texas, he set a record in signing death
warrants-154 in five years. He even made fun of the
way convicted killer Karla Faye Tucker begged for her
life.
If we believe the psychiatrists, a sign of a future
serial killer is a child who delights in torturing and
killing animals. George W., as a child, did exactly
that. In a May 21, 2000, New York Times' puff piece
about the values Bush gained growing up in Midland,
Texas, Nicholas D. Kristof quoted Bush's childhood
friend Terry Throckmorton: "'We were terrible to
animals,' recalled Mr. Throckmorton, laughing. A dip
behind the Bush home turned into a small lake after a
good rain, and thousands of frogs would come out.
'Everybody would get BB guns and shoot them,' Mr.
Throckmorton said. 'Or we'd put firecrackers in the
frogs and throw them and blow them up.'"
On Sept. 12, 2000, Baltimore Sun reporter Miriam
Miedzian wrote, "So when he was a kid, George W.
enjoyed putting firecrackers into frogs, throwing them
in the air, and then watching them blow up. Should
this be cause for alarm? How relevant is a man's
childhood behavior to what he is like as an adult? And
in this case, to what he would be like as president of
the United States."
We're finding out, aren't we? While we, in two
articles before the 2000 election-Sept. 21 and Oct.
23-noted Bush's penchant for blowing up frogs, the
corporate media blew it off, just as it had no
interest in what he was trying to hide by obtaining a
new Texas driver license and his 1976 drunk driving
conviction, or the fact he was AWOL from the Texas Air
National Guard. Instead, they bought into his
nonsensical claim of being a "compassionate
conservative" and "a uniter not a divider" who was
going to "restore honor and dignity to the White
House."
All through the 2000 campaign and up to Sept. 11,
2001, the corporate media depicted Bush as an affable,
tongue-tied bumbler-the kind of guy Joe Six-pack would
like to have a beer with-turning a blind eye to his
dark underside. It mattered not that he stocked his
illicit administration with the worst of the worst:
John Ashcroft, Donald Rumsfeld, Gale Norton, Paul
O'Neill, Harvey Pitt, Thomas White, John Negroponte,
Otto Reich and convicted Iran-contra felon Elliot
Abrams who received a 1992 Christmas Eve pardon from
George W.'s father.
Then, despite his peculiar behavior on Sept. 11, the
corporate media and his handlers transformed him into
a leader extraordinaire in the mold of Franklin D.
Roosevelt, Abraham Lincoln and Winston Churchill
rolled into one.
And as Bush had Afghanistan bombed back beyond the
Stone Age to rid the world of Osama bin Laden and al
Qaeda, then switched to claiming it was the Taliban
that had to go, then declared there was an "axis of
evil" and it was really Saddam Hussein who was the
"mother of all evil" and that war with Iraq was in the
offing to get rid of Saddam, the corporate media
cheered him on and to this day continues to beat the
war drum. They have yet to consider that the passive
serial killer needs to feed his lust for blood by
sending others to put their lives on the line and do
the killing for him.
In his Sept. 12 article, White House insiders say Bush
is "out of control," Mike Hersh wrote, "Some among
Bush's trusted White House staff fear what they are
seeing and where Bush is taking us. His state of mind
hauntingly reminds them of Richard Nixon's Final Days.
They fear Bush is becoming Nixonesque . . . or worse.
Although Bush lacks Nixon's paranoia, he may entertain
even more dangerous notions."
But their desperate late night phone calls to trusted
reporters has not seen the light of day in the
corporate media. Yet, some of us outside the Beltway
have long had an inkling of what we are dealing with.
More proof lies in Alexandra Pelosi's documentary,
Journeys with George. Pelosi, the daughter of incoming
House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, was a producer for
NBC when she wangled the assignment to spend 18 months
as part of Bush's campaign press corps.
From the surface, Pelosi's "home movie," as she calls
it, seems to be nothing more than a love fest as
George W. works to charm the pants off her and the
rest of the press corps. The striking thing about this
George, even though Karen Hughes is often seen
hovering at his elbow, is that he isn't tongue-tied
when he is pumping up his ego, dishing out digs and
being sarcastic and crude.
Mark Crispin Miller, author of The Bush Dyslexicon and
professor of media studies at New York University, who
also sees the darker Bush, said in a Nov. 28 interview
with the Toronto Star, ""Bush is not an imbecile. He's
not a puppet. I think that Bush is a sociopathic
personality. I think he's incapable of empathy. He has
an inordinate sense of his own entitlement, and he's a
very skilled manipulator. And in all the snickering
about his alleged idiocy, this is what a lot of people
miss."
Miller said he did intend The Bush Dyslexicon to be a
funny book, but that was before he read all the
transcripts, which revealed, according to reporter
Murray Whyte, "a disquieting truth about what lurks
behind the cock-eyed leer of the leader of the free
world. He's not a moron at all on that point, Miller
and Prime Minister Jean Chretien agree."
"He has no trouble speaking off the cuff when he's
speaking punitively, when he's talking about violence,
when he's talking about revenge," Miller told Whyte.
"When he struts and thumps his chest, his syntax and
grammar are fine. It's only when he leaps into the
wild blue yonder of compassion, or idealism, or
altruism, that he makes these hilarious mistakes."
In a speech last Sept. in Nashville, trying to
strengthen his case against Saddam, Bush's script
called for him to say, "Fool me once, shame on you.
Fool me twice, shame on me." But the words that came
out of his mouth were, ""Fool me once, shame . . .
shame on . . . you," followed by a long pause, then,
"Fool me-can't get fooled again!"
Said Miller, "What's revealing about this is that Bush
could not say, 'Shame on me' to save his life. That's
a completely alien idea to him. This is a guy who is
absolutely proud of his own inflexibility and
rectitude."
Another example, Miller said, occurred early in Bush's
White House tenure when he said, "I know how hard it
is to put food on your family."
According to Miller, "That wasn't because he's so
stupid that he doesn't know how to say, 'Put food on
your family's table'-it's because he doesn't care
about people who can't put food on the table."
Miller told Whyte, ""When he tries to talk about what
this country stands for, or about democracy, he can't
do it."
"This, then, is why he's so closely watched by his
handlers, Miller says not because he'll say something
stupid, but because he'll overindulge in the language
of violence and punishment at which he excels," Whyte
wrote.
"He's a very angry guy, a hostile guy. He's much like
Nixon. So they're very, very careful to choreograph
every move he makes. They don't want him anywhere near
protestors, because he would lose his temper," Miller
said.
"I call him the feel bad president, because he's all
about punishment and death," Miller told Whyte. "It
would be a grave mistake to just play him for laughs."
A grave mistake, indeed.
If all that has happened since Bush was first
mentioned as a possible GOP presidential candidate
hasn't set off alarms, his naming of war criminal,
mass murderer and international fugitive Henry
Kissinger last week to head up the 9/11 investigation
should have. And this week another alarm should have
gone off when Bush promoted Elliot Abrams to lead the
National Security Council's office for Near East and
North African affairs, which oversees Arab-Israeli
relations.
Bush must be stopped now, before he sets the world
aflame. And set it aflame is what he intends to do,
even if Iraq has no "weapons of mass destruction" or
Saddam stands on his head, naked, on the White House
lawn.

I just want to say thanks to all the people who have
helped to get the truth out, and especially to those
who did so when it was not nearly so easy, when a
careless statement could mark one as a dangerous
influence. I try every day to wake more people up, and
I do it not because I enjoy proselytizing, but because
I have looked into the evidence surrounding 9-11 and

At 10AM on Friday the 13th, A combined task force from
the Secret Service, FBI, CIA, and Major Crimes Unit
raided a Long Island home believed to be that of the
political essayist who writes under the pen name
Voxfux.
There were simultaneous raids at several locations
throughout New York City and Brooklyn.
Voxfux is represented by Norman Seigal (From NYCLU).
The civil rights lawyer Ron Cuby is also involved in
the discussions.
Later in the day Vox was interviewed at an undisclosed
location with Amy Goodman from the radio program
Democracy Now.
There has been no formal charges presented so far.
Neighbors were issued orders to contact the
Authorities upon seeing or hearing from the man
believed to be behind the caustic pen.
A neighbor, who wished to remain anonymous for fear of
violating any orders of the combined law enforcement
effort, spoke praises of her neighbor, "There's no way
he's a terrorist, he's a sweetheart, I don't believe
it for one minute. I've known him for seventeen years.
He's an artist and a writer. This is rediculous."
The case has the potential to be a lightening rod for
civil libertarians, coming just days after the passage
of the controversial Homeland Security Act. The

The labels of liberal and conservative mean nothing
since those politicians who have called themselves and
others by such names have done the exact opposite of
that which they said. Politicians have also used these
labels against their opponents in order to avoid and
distroy real, honest, thought, discussion, and debate.
We have been betrayed by them most polititions, except
by a few like Ron Paul.
Further, the terms liberal and conservative are
useless without valid, consistant thought, expression,
and action.
I urge you to be specific on the issues as is vox and
are the more serious posters here, of which there are

I am so grateful to have found people out there like
me, who are amazed that this entire family of river
pirates ever got into positions of power. I felt like
I was the only one who knew that Georgie even HAD a
brother named Neil, much less how big a crook he is. I
have a question for you folks: In the mid '80s, I read
an on-line article by someone at the National Lampoon
about Daddy Bush getting drunk and shooting at
seagulls from his estate in Maine. The article said he
accidentally shot and killed a fisherman. Seems later
that week, (before the family actually knew who & how
he'd been shot), some spook types showed up in this
little town asking questions about the shooting and
interviewing all the family members they could locate.
The article said that subsequently, during a wake for
the dead man, the home it was being held in
mysteriously blew up, obliterating the entire family,
and all their friends.
Did anyone else see this, and does anyone know of it's
validity? I'm aware of the source's history of clever
hoaxes, but nothing I've seen or heard of the Bush Way
makes me sure it was a hoax.
