RANDOM THOUGHTS
ON A SOCIETY TO ENVY
http://www.uncle-scam.com/Breaking/sept-03/br-9.html
If Donald Rumsfeld quits or is kicked out, where will Bush find another
Secretary of Defense who looks like the Grim Reaper?
Is the term "neocon" just the polite and socially acceptable way of saying
fascist? When do they start wearing arm bands and having kids march to
school in uniforms?
Famous for housing workers from 92 different nations, how many of the
people killed in the heinous World Trade Center attacks of 9/11 were U.S.
citizens?
After living and training in the United States for years, why did the
nineteen terrorists strike at 8:45 in the morning while the big wigs were
still on their commute from the Hamptons?
Why do these nineteen fanatic Islamic suicide martyrs not appear on the
airline passenger lists? Why would they go to all the trouble and risk of
using false identification when they were freely using their credit cards
the day before? Did they steal their tickets?
What does it say about democracy when the majority of citizens in every
country of the free world were dead set against our invasion of Iraq?
After telling the United Nations to stick-it, an unrepentant rapist asking
for money and troops may be the new definition of conceit and arrogance.
Is it really surprising that people in Iraq don't like occupational forces
while others suck-up to the invaders? Which ones are the easiest for the
"most trusted name in news" to interview?
What sense does a nuclear nonproliferation agreement make when the master
inventor, producer, and proliferator of "weapons of mass destruction" and
other killing devices is hell bent on resuming nuclear testing, using space
for warfare, and developing mini field nukes?
If the soon to be developed "mini-nukes" will have one-third the
destructive power of the atomic bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki,
does that mean the infantry will be able to take out 50,000 people at a time?
Why is the Pentagon complaining that a "buy American" policy would
seriously hamper its budget?
Why are Americans surprised or finally beginning to realize that the "giant
sucking sound" of jobs going to foreign countries affects them personally?
They had their chance to do something about it and still do.
Do so many Californians truly believe that the "Kindergarten Cop" will take
care of them or are they simply sick and tired of the false promises and
the wishy-washy banter of party politics? Are they asking for someone who
can also play the role of "Terminator?" Personally, I'd rather have Danny
DeVito than all the baggage Arnie carries in the form of his insider wife.
Why isn't Clint Eastwood running for governor of California? As the former
mayor of Carmel, he at least has some political experience. And how many
times can you watch "High Plains Drifter" anyway?
What are the odds on Gray Davis resigning just before the recall vote? I
know he says he's in it for the long haul, but all politicians say things
like that. Do you really believe that the democrats are willing to risk the
state? Where will Bush's media find its next weapon of mass distraction?
Are there any mothers out there willing to snuff out the kids and then hide
in the hills of North Carolina?
Trust Tom Ridge and the Office of Homeland Security, they're going to kill
two birds with one stone by spreading the rumor that tons of white powder
"whiff" smuggled into this country every day is really cut with anthrax.
What will happen to the economy if the government wins the war on drugs? Do
you really believe that the drug lords put their profits into improving
product?
How much has Bush spent or promised in order to put together the "coalition
of the willing?" Where are they now when it comes to more troops and money?
Is the idea that Tony Blair and Downing Street "sexed up" reports of Iraq's
"weapons of mass destruction" an expression of the British libido? Would
they have an orgasm if a nuke was dropped on Trafalgar Square?
The economy is finally on the rebound. That story plays even more than
"High Plains Drifter."
