STANLEY NOTE: You sound like my kind of guy Hagan. Thank you for your
dedication to returning America to a Constitutional government. My wife and I
would love to have dinner with you and your wife when you are in town. About a
month before contact us with the dates etc, and we will set up something

Hello again Rick
Hagan Smith here. i just was reading your speech of 2003. I will read all of
them. you know it is important that we all as American citizens stand up to the
Government and protect our rights and our freedom. I applaud you for your
tenacity. I do many of the same things. I continually challenge the Senators and
representatives here in pa. on their oath of office, the constitutional dutys,
and the rights of the people as well as their duty to repeal all laws that are
inconsistent with the United States Constitution.
I wish there were many more of us willing to take these bold actions, however
sadly we are few.
WE MUST UNITE OUR GROUPS AND PLAN OUR STRATGY AND EFFORTS TO BE SUCCESSFUL. LIKE
YOU, I AM VERY TENACIOUS. I have dedicated the remainder of my life to returning
our REPUBLICAN government to the system that we the people accepted in 1789-
1790-1791. I am currently working on our right to own our property instead of
renting it from the pa. government. Take notice that I dont capitalize pa.
because I do not recognize an Incorporation as a Republican form of government.
The right of people to purchase, develop, keep, and protect their property is
provided in the United States Constitution, the Constitution of pa. and
authority comes from the Declaration of Independence. the right to keep and bear
arms also. THERE IS A PREAMBLE TO THE BILL OF RIGHTS "WHICH" STATES AS FOLLOWS.
THE FIRST TEN AMENDMENTS ARE DECLARATORY AND RESTRICTIVE CLAUSES TO THE
CONSTITUTION AND RESTRICT THE POWERS OF IT. We must do everything in our power to get this information in the hands of all
the people and educate them on the true meaning of these great doccuments "which" are our protections against these tyrants with a self serving agenda. Thank you for the response to my former e-mail, and I look forward to working
with you and other groops like us and thank you for your most valuable work.
