In 1854, Pope Pius IX issued an encyclical defining Immaculate Conception, an unbiblical scenario which holds that the Virgin Mary, like her son (and like Persephone) was ?preserved free from all stain of original sin in the first instant of her conception.? Within days, federal legislators in Washington became obsessed with expanding the Capitol dome. According to one official publication, ?Never before or since has an addition to the Capitol been so eagerly embraced by Congress.? Legislation was hastily passed which incorporated the new papal doctrine into the new dome?s cupola. A week later, the ?immaculately-conceived? goddess Persephone was ordained to surmount the legislative center of the United States. Persephone was sculpted in Rome and installed atop the Capitol on the 47th anniversary of the death of America?s first Roman Catholic bishop, John Carroll. The event was heralded by 47 gunshots, thirty-five from a field battery on Capitol Hill, twelve from the surrounding forts.

The Capitol, incidentally, is erected on property owned by Bishop Carroll?s family. In the 1663 Maryland records, the exact site was recorded under the title ?Rome,? its owner a man named ?Pope.?

Roman Catholicism is a universal secular government domiciled at the Vatican City State in Rome. Its sovereign, the Pope, is an absolute ruler who is deemed infallible. In the political context, the Roman Catholic Church has been determined by the United States District courts to be a foreign State (U.S. court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, case No. 85-1309).

The Roman Catholic Church State, if it may so be called, requires universal obedience to the decrees of its omnipotent pope and his various councils. Vatican Council II?s Constitutions on the Church (1964) requires secular officials, ?whoever they are, to expend all their energy for the growth of the church ad its continuous sanctification.? Many of you who have studied early American history know that Maryland was a Roman Catholic colony, named for the Virgin Mary. It was founded by Lord Baltimore, Celilius Calvert, whose father, George, had been converted to Catholicism in 1625, about the time that King Charles I came to the throne in England. Charles was the son of James I, under whose direction the King James Bible was published. Anyway, George Calvert was the Secretary of the State to Charles I. When he converted to Catholicism, he resigned his position, because of difficulty in serving a Protestant King. But Charles himself married a Roman Catholic princess, Henrietta Marie, sister of Louis XIII of France. He also promoted to the highest levels in the Church of England men who were sympathetic to the Roman Catholic rituals and traditions?which greatly disturbed the Puritans and Calvinists. Charles? pro-catholic policies came to a head in November 1641 when Irish Catholics massacred thousands of Ulster Protestants, and Charles somehow had to defend the Protestants. Many did not trust Charles, asking how Charles could be trusted to protect Protestants when he had a Catholic wife and had promoted seemingly pro-Catholic clergy? This actually led to the English revolution, where Charles was deposed and beheaded, and the monarchy abolished for some years.

The point is that George Calvert was Charles? Secretary of State, and he converted to Catholicism. He resigned, but because Charles I needed money, he gave him territory in the New World, carved out of Virginia, hoping it would generate revenue. George Calvert died before he could develop his grant, but his son, Cecilius Calvert, did so. On November 22, 1633, he sailed for the New World with two ships, the Ark and the Dove. The Passenger list included three Jesuits, 16-20 Roman Catholic gentlemen (including Cecilius? brother Leonard), and several hundred Protestant slaves and laborers. The voyage was spiritually directed by a Jesuit priest named Andrew White, remembered today as the ?Apostle to Maryland.? Today, the ?White House? is named after him.

The Calverts? personal property was called Rock Creek Farm, but in the 1663 property records, it is called ?Rome,? and the branch of the Potomac River is called the ?Tiber.? This information was written in the 1902 edition of the Catholic Encyclopedia under the article on John Carroll. The information was deleted in the 1967 edition to keep the public from knowing that Washington, D.C., which was carved out of Maryland, was built on property whose title deeds show that it was either owned by Rome or dedicated to their use.

The layout for Washington, D.C., was under the task of a French engineer named Pierre-Charles L?Enfant. He got the job at the suggestion of John Carroll, who under the Catholic Encyclopedia so helpfully told us that the District of Columbia was the property of Rome. L-Enfant laid out the main city streets in the shape of an upside down five ?pointed star of Baphomet, the satanic symbol of the goat. The White House, of course, marked the place of the goat?s mouth. The two ears on the sides were marked by Mt. Vernon Place and Washington Circle. The horns were marked by Logan Circle and Dupont Circle.

When L?Enfant numbered the city blocks, the series runs from Q Street North through the Capitol grounds down to the mouth of James Creek. All the numbers between 600 and 900 are assigned to blocks within this area?except for the number 666 which is missing. It must have been given to the only section of blocks in the 600 series?the Capitol grounds. Of course, the prehistoric name for Rome was STUR (from Satyr, short for Saturnia, or Saturn). In the ancient Chaldee language, which used its letters for numbers, S=60; T=400; U=6; R=200, for a total of 666.

A half century later, on December 8, 1584 Pope Pius IX declared the Ineffabilis Deus, the decree defining the Immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary. It declared that Mary was conceived free of original sin and remained so throughout her life. Within days, the U.S. Congress enthusiastically rushed to put an addition on the top of the Capitol building as ?the only authorized Symbol of American Heritage.? It turned out to be a statute of Persephone, one of the Roman goddesses, whose statutes in the 4th century A.D. were taken over by the Church and renamed the ?Virgin Mary.? Few realize that Proclus, head of the Platonic Academy in Athens in the 5th century, described Persephone as having an Immaculate Conception. She was often known as Libera (?Liberty?), so the sculptor called his statue over the U.S. Capitol, ?Freedom.?

She stands 19 Feet 6 inches, which works out to be 6+6+6 feet, and 6+6+6 inches. Persephone was placed on the Dome of the Capitol on December 2, 1863 in the middle of the Civil War. The event was marked by a salute of 47 gunshots as a tribute to John Carroll, the Jesuit bishop who had put Washington D.C. under Mary?s protection. John Carroll had died 47 years earlier on December 3, 1816. The statue of Persephone (or Mary) was placed on the Dome 47 years after John Carroll?s last day on earth.

Present Lincoln did not attend the ceremony, claiming that he had ?a fever.? He was well aware of what was going on, but could do nothing to stop it. Meanwhile, Constantino Btumidi had arrived from work to do the artwork for the Dome of the Capitol. He painted what is called the ?Apotheosis of Washington.? That means ?the deification of George Washington.? According to Webster?s Dictionary, Apotheosis means ?the act of placing a prince or other distinguished person among the heathen deities.? Between the deified Washington and the earth flies the Virgin pursuing ?evildoers? with the Roman Eagle at her side. Her position between heaven and earth was meant to identify her as the Mediatrix, the most prominent role of the Roman goddess, Minerva (or Venus). The eagle at her side is the mascot of Jupiter, the ruling god of Rome. It represents Roman justice.

In fact, the motto of our Justice Department is Qui Pro Domina Justita Sequitur, ?He who follows the Goddess Justica.? Persephone, or Minerva, or Venus (different names for the same goddess), when judging the dead in Hades, was called ?Justica.? The Justice Department?s motto encircles the eagle, of course, who was said to follow Justicia.

Other details of this painting are too many to describe here, but when we focus upon the one young man in the painting who is called ?Young America,? we will see the real point of our entire discussion.

Young America wears a little cap known as a ?Phrygian cap.? Phrygia was a district in Pergamum, or Pergamos, which Revelation 2:13 calls ?Satan?s seat.? Phrygian caps were given to freed slaves to show the world their liberated status. However, Roman law stated that this freedom could be revoked at any time for any cause. In other words, their liberty was given as a privilege, not as an inherent right.

The most significant fact of all comes when we look at the famous Black Obelisk of Shalmanezer, King of Assyria, which stands today in the British Museum. It depicts King Jehu of Israel kneeling before the king of Assyria, paying tribute. In fact, this is the only ancient monument that portrays art wise a character in the bible that was alive at the time of the portrait. Jehu is pictured wearing a Phrygian Cap in order to show that he is free only because the king of Assyria has given him the privilege of freedom in exchange for tribute.

Jehu, you recall, is the one who fulfilled the prophetic word of Elijah that Ahab?s next generation would be killed and would cease to rule Israel. This prophecy was given after Ahab and Jezebel killed Naboth (and his sons) and stole his vineyard. Jehu also destroyed Baal worship out of Israel (2Kings 10:28). But he failed to destroy or overthrow the golden calves (vs. 29). In fact, his destruction of Baal worship simply eliminated a denominational competitor for the religious devotion of the Israelites. The destruction of Baal worship merely solidified the golden calf as the national religion of Israel.

As we have already mentioned, on January 29, 2001, we were led to issue a divine decree to overthrow the golden calf. We did so with little actual knowledge of what this signified in the world. I did not learn more about this until President?s Day, February 19th. Somehow that seems appropriate. If you have a Strong?s Concordance, look up the world translated ?calf.? It is number 5695 in Strong?s. It is the Hebrew word Egel, pronounced essentially, EAGLE. In the eyes of the people who decided to use the ?American Eagle? as their national symbol, it was really the concept behind the Roman Eagle they were borrowing, and they made it palatable to the American public. But the real power brokers behind the scenes were well versed in the Cabalah, the mystical Jewish writings, and in their way of thinking the eagle was identified with, the golden calf, the ?egel.?

Hence, America was ruled by the golden calf from its inception to its overthrow January 29th. Of course, at this time the overthrow has been done in the spiritual dimension only. I have no idea when it will manifest in the world. We do know, however, that the golden calf was the lawful basis for the Prince of Persia?s petition to enter America. We had to remove those lawful grounds January 29th in order to deny him the right to enter this country.
