======================================================== STANLEY CAMPAIGN EVENTS IN JULY (DENVER, 2:40 pm) -- Rick Stanley, U.S. Senate Candidate, Libertarian party nominee, Activist/Organizer of the National Bill of Rights Rallies, Activist/Organizer of the Million Gun March Petition, and Activist/Organizer of the Patriot Files, made the following announcement to the media today: "I was a speaker at a candidates forum in Pueblo last night held by the Colorado Gun Club Association. Allard was invited, but declined. After several other local candidates spoke, I had a scheduled forty-five minute slot that turned into a 2-1/2 hour speech and question and answer period. Gunnies, Libertarians, Republicans and Democrats were all very interested in what is happening in this country. Topics covered were the Federal Reserve and the Income Tax, gun restrictions against the Second Amendment, drugs, abortion, schools, and the encroachment of government into Americans' lives. A full report of Stanleys 2nd amendment infringement case in Denver, as well as a progress report on the Million Gun March Petition, was given." As of July 18, 2002, the MGM Petition signers stand tall as Patriots, with 584 signers. More information, the actual petition, and the online signup are on the Stanley for Senate website at www.stanley2002.org. Stanley will be on the Bonnie Valentine show, on the American Freedom Network, KHNC 1360 AM, www.americannewsnet.com, out of Johnstown, Colorado from 9:12 am to 10:00 am, Saturday, July 20, 2002. Callers will be taken in the back half of the program. Stanley will be at Veterans Park, below the west steps of the state capitol in Denver, at 12:00, high noon, with his bullhorn conducting his one man Bill of Rights rally, to demand the repeal of all unconstitutional laws, on Saturday, July 20, 2002. All are welcome, and Stanley will answer questions, of any and all. The media is welcome. No questions will be ducked.
