======================================================== COMMENTARY
ON POLITICAL CORRUPTION Hi Rick, I am beginning to think that an in-depth, totally independent (private investigators not affiliated in any way with any political agenda) should have free and open access to the records of every politician in the country, including Bush and bandits. I think there are many who would investigate for a lot less money than the government wasted on - damn, what was that creep's name - its hell getting older - anyway, that dumbass that wasted like $70 million investigating whether Clinton lied about a head job or not. Impartial, my ass. No attorneys (they are officers of the State which automatically makes them partial to those giving them special privileges to rip off the public) should be involved and no document should be hidden from investigation. The federal government has already proved conclusively that all the National security they are always going on about is pure hype - or put another way - pure crappola. Either that or there was complete complicity with WTC (both times) and all the other cover-ups. One doesn't have to cover-up what one is innocent of. Any who refuse should be immediately fired (assumed guilt which is perfectly legal since they became "artificial persons" when they took office - only natural persons have rights) and replaced with people of integrity. What's the old saying - "If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen." Well, if politicians cannot stand to be investigated, then of course it is most logical they do have something or many somethings to hide. Besides, we have control over them - Well, at least we are supposed to. > >The 11th Amendment does not give any person immunity to having charges laid against them. A president may be charged by the people at any time. The only arrests that cannot be made is when members of Congress are on their way to or from or in session but then only for misdemeanors and infractions, but not for higher crimes, such as treason, conspiracy, extortion, and so on. And, in case of the federal officers, Title 5 states nothing will be kept from the public. I can get the exact statute if any doubt this. Seems as if it is around section 301. If judges don't treat such investigations and/or charges properly, then the people can simply throw their butts in jail - we still have the power of making citizen's arrests, including against law enforcers and public officials who balk and want to continue violating their Oaths to uphold the Constitution. This is our country and it is time we take it back from the greedy and corrupt SOBs who are controlling us at gunpoint and through fear.
