9-11 an Excuse for Traitor Allard?

Rick Stanley, U.S. Senate candidate, activist/organizer of the national Bill of Rights rallies, activist/organizer of the Million Gun March Petition, and activist/organizer of the Patriot Files, made the following announcement to the media:

I recently made the claim that Wayne Allard is a traitor to this country, for failure to live up to his oath of office: to defend the Constitution. Can a legislator who continues to violate his oath to defend the Constitution be considered a good legislator? I say no.

Our legislators make laws for us -- “we the people” -- that are unconstitutional, and expect us to follow them to the letter, or pay a terrible penalty. At the same time these legislators violate the supreme law of the land with almost every piece of legislation they vote for. No penalty. No retribution. No censure. Apparently, no oath.

What is good for the people, is not good for the aristocracy of professional politicians? Why and how is that?

Wayne Allard’s campaign manager and the executive director of the Colorado Republican Party didn’t deny my claim that Allard is a traitor to his country. Nor did they defend his position regarding my claim that he has voted for unconstitutional legislation. Why is that? They can’t, or they would be exposed by me, very quickly.

They called it irresponsible and vitriolic rhetoric as well as spurious and malicious. In reality, it is the truth, and each of them knows it. I can prove it, any time you care to see, or hear, the truth.

Since the truth was not something these men wanted to deal with, we got lame rhetoric that my charges have no place in legitimate political dialogue in this country, especially in the wake of 9-11.

Lame rhetoric will not hide Allard’s voting record. Using a bait and switch with the American people, who are tired of the government using 9-11 as an excuse to turn this country into the tyranny of a total police state the like of which has never been seen on this planet, is an excuse that the American people will not buy. If you hear an echo of Forrest Gump in this situation -- something along the lines of, “Lame is, as lame does” -- perhaps it rings with honesty.

Wayne Allard a traitor and a terrorist to the American people? We would give him a trial in the same fraudulent "justice" system he helps to perpetuate. The one that says, guilty as charged, puts you in jail, and takes your constitutional rights away from you, on a routine basis. Ask Lisl Auman.

Our "fair" judicial system is like "honest" professional politicians.
