IMMEDIATE RELEASE April 15, 2002 NEWS RELEASE Stanley for U.S. Senate
======================================================== The Patriot Files (DENVER, 11:15 am) -- Rick Stanley, a Libertarian U.S. Senate candidate from Colorado, today made the following announcement: The city of Denver Police department has been keeping activist/spy/terrorist files for years now, and that is no secret anymore. "I have decided, after being turned down by the City four times, for my file which the City admits does exist, in the discovery process of my civil disobedience trial of May 15, 2002, that the entire system of government is corrupted to the core," said Mr. Stanley. "In response to the violation of my civil rights, I will be working with a network of individuals to process information files on ALL government bureaucrats we identify who have violated their oath to defend the Constitution. This list will include -- but will not be limited to --name, address, phone, picture, type of car driven, job title, place of work, etc. The governor, the mayor, legislators, judges, police, IRS agents, BATF agents, and FBI agents in Denver will initially be the scope of investigation. Our investigation will soon include all government agents, up to the very top of the federal government." The federal government also maintains similar files. Indictments will be filed and noted on a future website that is being prepared at this time. Unlike the government, the PATRIOT FILES will be open for all to see, with all charges listed. The day that the United States of America is restored with a Constitutional government, these indictments will be acted upon. Americans across the country can and will be responsible for the actions of our public servants. Each citizen must decide for themselves the proper course of action taken against individuals in the government that violate your US Constitution. Recently, several individuals have threatened Mr. Stanley and his family. We are publishing the available information asking anyone with computer skills and private investigative skills to check into them, then forward whatever you learn to the Stanley for U.S. Senate campaign.
