Stanley Calls For Boycott of Federal Government

(DENVER CO) Rick Stanley, U.S. Senate Candidate for the Libertarian Party, made the following announcement to the media:

The arrogance of the federal government and it’s failure to respond to a constitutionally protected, lawful petition to the government for a redress of grievances, regarding the fraudulent, unconstitutional and corrupt government,   Internal Revenue Code (IRS), and title 26, United States Code, can no longer be tolerated by the American people.

We the People Foundation for Constitutional Education sponsored the trial of the US Government on February 27 and 28, 2002, in Washington D.C.  The IRS, Attorney General, and Congress agreed in writing in July of 2001 to attend the hearing with documentation proving the income tax as administered by the IRS was a lawful and constitutional law.  The government documented no evidence and refused to honor their written commitment to appear and was tried in abstencia.  Two full days of documented evidence was presented proving the fraud and corruption regarding the constitutionality of the income tax as administered by the IRS.

We now have a constitutional and government crisis!  The US government thumbs its’ nose at the American people and basically says, “So what? We don’t care what you say or do.  We don’t care about staying within the confines outlined in the Constitution regarding our lawmaking or lawbreaking.  There is nothing you can do about it America!”

When the American people break any law set down by the government, we must pay and accept the punishment.  That is the covenant that we have with government.  The government must stay within the confines outlined in the Constitution or we have an unlawful government that does not obey the SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND.    Therefore, the government is invalid, illegal and outside the law.  The government has broken the covenant with the people.  We the people, must make the government comply.

Since the Justice Department is in collusion with the legislative and executive branches, our constitutional crises regarding the federal government must be dealt with another way, other than the corrupt legal process.

While the American people wait for its’ servant government to comply with the Constitution mandated by the master, “we the people,” I am calling out for all Americans to boycott the federal government.

How do we do that you ask?  We cut off its’ funding.  A bloated federal government that can’t pay the fraudulent interest payment to it’s perceived master, the perpetrators of the Federal Reserve System, will come into compliance when they can’t pay their bill to that same Federal Reserve System.  While the Federal Government maintains that the Federal Reserve System is a part of the US Government, it clearly is not, and in fact is a consortium of International Bankers that the Federal Government has sold out the American birthright to.

The government can come into compliance by enacting a 15% national sales tax, that is apportioned equally to the states and its’ citizenry, and comply with the Constitution mandated by the people.  Every American can then freely make the decision whether to purchase something, thereby triggering the federal government funding tax.  Guaranteeing that freedom, this decision made by an American citizenry based upon the principles of liberty outlined in the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, is the mission of this action.

America has a duty to preserve our birthright of liberty and freedom. America can demand the compliance of our servant government by boycotting the federal government.  Stop paying the voluntary income tax that is unconstitutional.  Opt out of having your employer deduct withholding from your wages for this unconstitutional tax, Social Security, Medicare, and Medicade fraud.  Opt out, by demanding in writing that those deductions stop today.  Join the 60 million Americans who did not file a tax return last year.  That’s right America, 60 million.  Demand a constitutional tax apportioned equally to the states, which a national sales tax applied equally to all Americans, will accomplish.

A very simple plan, simply carried out by patriotic Americans guaranteeing the compliance of our servant government.

Pass it on America.  Join the 2nd American Revolution, returning America to a country that can once again be proud of our servant government, because it complies with the boundaries outlined by our Constitution.
