=========================================================== Third Bill of Rights Rally and Trial of U.S. Government in D.C. (DENVER CO) Rick Stanley, U.S. Senate Candidate for the Libertarian Party, today made the following statement: Our third Bill of rights Rally in as many months will be held
on Saturday, February 23, 2002 at high noon - 12pm in
Denver at Lincoln Park and the West steps of the state
capitol. The purpose of the rally is to demand
the repeal of all unconstitutional laws at all levels of
government in the United States.We have
another 10 states on board doing rallies. This
is up from two last month on January 19th,
when Colorado and New Hampshire had Bill of
Rights rallies at their respective state
capitols. Eight other state groups are joining

including myself, and the focus will be on the
unconstitutional and illegal income tax. The
