Who Are The Real Terrorists?

(DENVER CO) Rick Stanley, U.S. Senate Candidate for the Libertarian Party, today made the following statement:

The 2nd Amendment of the Constution GUARANTEES the right of citizens to keep and bear arms.  It does not say, "except in Denver, Colorado."  A city or state does not have the authority to regulate weapons in any way.  The 2nd Amendment is very concise and to the point.  The 2nd Amendment is part of the Bill of Rights which consists of the first ten amendments to the Constitution.  All ten of these amendments deal with an individual's personal rights.  None of these ten amendments can be repealed or amended, ever.  Other amendments can be repealed or amended, but not the Bill of Rights amendments.

If our judges, legislators, and employees with guns, i.e. the police, will not uphold and honor the oath of office that each of them swore to defend the Constitution, then these people are traitors to our country and I am labeling them terrorists to our American way of life.

Any ideology that is outside the scope of the Bill of Rights, that's right, all ten of them, is the ideology of a traitor to America.
