Have the US government begin once again to print money and reestablish the gold and silver standard. End the IRS tax system and make the government be funded as it always has been since 1776 by impost, duty and excise taxes.
Q: Political Role Model
A: John Adams
Q: Statement of Purpose for seeking office:
A: To change the unconstitutional US government back to a constitutional government in all areas.
Q: What is your view on the current gun laws? What changes, if any, need to be made to current gun control laws?
A: My view is that most of the gun laws now in effect are unconstitutional and do away with our 2nd amendment right to keep and bear arms. All unconstitutional gun laws need to be repealed and abolished.
Q: Do you support an invasion of Iraq? If so, under what circumstances?
A: No I do not support an invasion of Iraq.
Q: What kind of changes do you propose to make to our current Social Security System?
A: Privatize the Social Security 100%. Those who have retired should receive 100% of their benefits until death. The rest of us who have not retired should be paid back every dime that we paid in and the matching funds paid in by our employers. From that day forward, the 71/2% that use to be deducted from our paychecks will fund our own private retirement funds. In addition, the employer will save 71/2% per employee for increased profits. Americans may then retire whenever they wish, instead of allowing the government to continue to push back the retirement age which started out at 59, and is now at 67 for most people, and will be pushed back to even later dates by the cowardly politicians who refuse to address this issue now.
Q: What is your view on the "War on Drugs?
A: The "War on Drugs" is a failed legislated program by our government to stop drugs. It is nothing more than a prohibition on drugs - this kind of legislation did not work in the 20s and 30s and it will not work now. I would support legalization of drugs which in effect would end the black market drug increased price of these products, ending the huge profits which are so attractive to criminals, who then push drugs on our kids. This is a personal responsibility issue, and the government should stay the hell out of it. The government has made this problem a thousand times worse than it ever was, less than one percent of the population was doing drugs before the government made drugs illegal. Today, eighty years later, the problem is huge and the ramifications for society are incalculable.
Q: Does the USA Patriot Act need to be changed? If so what changes need to be made and why?
A: The Patriot Act is in direct violation of 8 of the Bill of Rights, it doesn't need to be changed, it needs to be abolished.
Q: Should Roe v. Wade be overturned? Should the Supreme Court review the case?
A: The Constitution and the Bill of Rights give women the right to choose, even when that choice is a poor one. Why would the Supreme Court want to review the case? It has already been decided in judicial proceedings within the context of current legislative laws. I personally do not believe in abortion, but could never make this decision for any woman. This decision is between a woman and God.
Q: Do you support further tax cuts?
A: No I do not, I support ending the income tax/IRS/Federal Reserve Corporation fraud against the American people.
Q: Do you support the "Healthy Forests Initiative" as introduced by Rep. Scott McInnis, R-Colo?
A: No I do not. It is my opinion that all state and national parks should be managed by the Indian Tribes that this land was stolen from years ago. This will create jobs, security, self-esteem, pride to the peoples we stole this land from. Their heritage of caring for the land will benefit all Americans for the future.
