POLITICAL DEBATES AND INJUNCTION FILED

Today in the US Federal Court, a Complaint and an Injunction was filed on behalf of myself and Doug Campbell for violation of FCC and FEC codes concerning political debates and candidacy criteria. The Complaint and Injunction site the codes violated, along with exhibits of evidence.

The purpose of this Complaint is to procure an Injunction, stopping all of the debates that do not include Stanley and Campbell, who are candidates on the ballot as well as Strickland and Allard.

It is my belief that we will prevail on this issue and set a new precedence on hosting, holding and televising the candidates involved in the political debates in order that a true and honest debate forum will be maintained in future debates.
