SEP 09, 2002 NEWS RELEASE Stanley for U.S. Senate
======================================================== FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
September 9, 2002
Rick Stanley, US Senate Candidate, Colorado Libertarian Party, Activist/Organizer of the National Bill of Rights Rallies, Activist/Organizer of the Million Gun March Petition, and Activist/Organizer of the Patriot Files made the following statement to the media: "I want to thank the Colorado Farm Bureau and the Greeley Tribune for inviting me to participate in the US Senate Candidate Debate in Greeley on September 28, 2002, and I have accepted their very gracious offer and I want to commend them for opening this up to my Campaign. Third Party Participation in these debates is the only way to give the public the entire picture of the choices available and the views expressed by ALL candidates. I would urge all of the Debate sponsors to include all third parties in the debate." "I am looking forward to debating the Allard and Strickland Campaigns from the same stage. Equity in the political process is perhaps one of the most serious issues of this US Senate Campaign" (DENVER, 11:00 am) ##30## ======================================================== For information about the Libertarian Party of Colorado please visit http://www.lpcolorado.org.
