By the way: the two "conspiracy theories" you mentioned are not theory, but have been proven fact and corroberated by those in Congress, and by research. Colorado laws do not supercede the Constitution and your right to "keep and bear arms," as provided under the Constitution, which makes it null and void. THEY ARE BREAKING THE LAW! They only way they can succeed is by force outside the law, but giving the perception of operating within the law by twisting it, so it does not apply to them. I am really non-violent and would like to talk you out of a stand off, but there will come a day when we must all draw our line in the sand and their tyranny infecting our country. The men in this country need to stand together, and help you. Perhaps the only thing these jack booted thugs can understand is an equal and opposite force, and if they see a large enough force by outraged citizens -- they will back off. Handguns do not customarily drop deer or elk, pheasant of partrige, rabbit or squirrel. Handguns stop assailants. Handguns are potentially dangerous to evil persons wishing to harm me and/or mine. Anyone with a handgun has the potential of dropping an assailant. This is a no-brainer. Screaming "armed and dangerous" does not make you or me a threat to anyone. In fact, those around us are safer by virtue of the fact we pack. Don't let thise people twist you or your Constitutionally-protected rights. "Forget the dog------beware of the owner." We will have to compare .357s one day. I have two. One Taurus 7 shot revolver and one Smith and Wesson 6 shot revolver. The S & W is currently in the hands of the Thornton Police department while my weapons case is on appeal. Thank you for the note. By the way, these people are not twisting me. They are violating my rights every day with each action they take. I am letting them know that I will not accept this, and will stand up up for them, with force of arms if necessary, should they continue to press this illegal warrant. Each day this is in place they are endangering my life. I don't take kindly to this. They are preparing for an assault on me and my property one day soon with armed thugs in government. They will have so much more than they bargained for in so many ways. Stealing the life and rights of this American will come at a huge price. Every American will probably be having to make a stand like this one day soon. The government is out of control. I am just a very visable target right now. Rick Responded: STANLEY's new song: POLICE STATE OF AMERICA As you can see I was chastised for suggesting that the Bob Marley song was a pretty cool protest song from the Burnin album with the words, "Get up, Stand up, Stand up for your right. Get up, Stand up, Don't give up the fight", which by the way is Amnesty International's anthem song, which I also didn't know. The words to the song are below and are indeed anti-Christian, which I was unaware. So, in the spirit of freedom and liberty, and cutting edge call to arms for America, I give up the following song to the tune of this same Bob Marley song. I think you will like it. I want you to know in the past I have been terrible at history and math but great in English and science. That was until this past school year. I had Mr. bounds for my 1898-present history class. And I went into his classroom with the idea that it was going to be like all of my other history classes I had before. The teacher tells you read the chapter and do the work at the end. Well I was wrong. Mr. bounds told us from the beginning that we would not really be using the book we would have group discussions. And that is exactly what we did. What I can remember we only opened our books in class twice. Of course we had to read the chapter but I believe it was to get a better grip and expand our knowledge a little bit. The book didn't say much about a lot of stuff. But Mr. bounds taught us the truth. In fact I remember him saying that the book did not tell the truth. He taught us from what he knew and learned from experience. When Bush declared war on Iraq Mr. bounds explained to us what exactly was going on and answered our questions. He would give us updates and when somebody would ask him a question (that most teachers would not tell the truth on) he did. He believed that the truth was the best way to teach us. And let me tell you this I have learned so much since I was in his class. Because he did not teach the fakeness in the book, he taught the truth. I remember one day I came into the class and I looked on the board and there were about 32 terrorist attacks listed. From 1972-2001. He told us to look them up in the book and write down a little bit about each one. Well we started to look them up and not a single one was mentioned in our textbooks. And you know what? we now know a little bit about each one of those terrorist attacks. Joey wants to join the marines and Mr. bounds gave him courage that he could do it. Three of Mr. bounds students at one time graduated from marine corps boot camp and he flew all the way to California to see them graduate and he also goes to their swearings. Tell me how many teachers do you know that will do that for at least on of their students. Not many. In the dictionary patriotism is defined as a devotion to ones country. Well there are many other definitions on patriotism. It just depends on the person. Patriotism is not just all about ideals embodied in the US Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, not allegiance to a government that is operating outside the boundaries of the Constitution. It might be for you, but not for everyone else. To me patriotism is being devoted to your country, being free to live our own lives, having such great pride and respect in our flag, and having respect for the men and women who put their lives on the line for you. The ultimate sacrifice. Just because someone doesn't think or believe what you do doesn't mean they are not patriotic. I don't even come close to agree with you and I am very patriotic. I still keep in touch with my very first pen pal marine, I write to the men and women at Bethsada Hospital, and etc….but for you to say that " on the surface Mr. Bounds appears to be a good teacher" just is wrong. Mr. Bounds is a great history teacher, patriotic citizen, and a courageous man. Not only you and me, but everybody can learn the truth from Mr. Bounds. If it does, I will apologize humbly and thank him for teaching the truth, as I want all of God's children in America to know the truth about what is happening to your heritage and birthright of a free America. The government in charge at this time and that has been running America for the last 90 years, has overthrown America from within. site. It has alot of enlightenment in it. Just remember, as I've always and
still do tell one and all, use your own mind and judgement. It won't let you
down as long as you go into any given situation with an open mind and heart.
Don't go into anything with your mind made up FIRMLY. There are alot of things
on Rick's site that I'm in total agreement with, others I'm not convinced of, or
totally disagree with. But Rick and I have the FREEDOM and the RIGHTS to
disagree thanks to the very, most courageous of men and women that this Nation
has and will ever have. It's OK not to agree 100%, that's what makes America
part of what it is today. Now bear in mind also what I've stated in the past to
you and to all your fellow classmates too; that you're group has brought FAITH
of America's possible future back for me. Meaning there is HOPE. You kids have
been taught by a very great man whom I respect with my very life and soul.
David goes beyong the realm of books and uses / teaches the things that the very
men and women who fought these battles have told him, shown him, and so much
more. For that, I'll Honor him to the day I die and beyond. For not all that
is right about this country, or wrong about this country is located in the
books. If your generation doesn't manage to change this nation's governmental
system and demand fairness to all humanity, especially that unto our own
people's, then our nation is doomed, in my personal opinion. Maybe not in my
lifetime or yours, but if there are not some MAJOR, SIGNIFICANT changes made in
the governing of this nation, it shall surely perish and self destruct. I
believe it is on that path now. So do some learning over the summer Desirae.
You are a very bright young lady, you and I both know that, but remember this
also, not a day goes by in your life that you shouldn't learn at least one new
thing. For once you cease to learn, you cease to live and to grow. Be as
hungry for the TRUTH and the KNOWLEGE of TRUTH as you are for a banana split

THE CITY OF DENVER, COLORADO, Plaintiffs (Case #01GS606306). Governor Owens, you may be aware that Mr. Rick Stanley has been prosecuted for an act, wherein, he was peaceably exercising a Constitutionally-protected right "to keep and bear arms." His case is currently on appeal, however, he is in jeopardy of being incarcerated prior to the appeal's outcome. The local ordinance, which Mr. Stanley was allegedly in violation of, has since been repealed, apparently as a result of the attention Mr. Stanley brought to the unconstitutional regulation. Though I do not reside in Colorado, I am keenly aware of Mr. Stanley's case, as are millions of Americans throughout the 50 states. Many citizens are becoming increasingly aware of the various local, state, and federal governments' tendencies to trample on the Constitutionally-protected rights of the people. We are similarly becoming sensitive with regard to the individual public servants who violate their oaths of office, in which they swear or affirm to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution (state and federal). Governor Owens, this has become a high-profile case, nationally, and the eyes of millions of Americans are squarely upon the State of Colorado -- the judiciary, Judge Patterson, and you, sir, as the state's Chief Executive. It would be a travesty of justice if a peaceable gentleman, a family man and small business owner, a solid citizen -- Rick Stanley, were to have his very freedom taken from him by the state for peaceably exercising one of his Constitutionally-protected rights. Sir, if Judge Patterson continues to disregard the Constitution and Mr. Stanley's rights, by finally taking his liberty, I am asking you to intervene in the appropriate manner, be it a pardon or any other procedural avenue that is available to you, as Governor of the great state of Colorado. You probably are familiar with Rick and his arrests for exercising his Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms in protest of the unconstitutional Denver ordinance. As you are aware, this ordinance has since been repealed, most likely due to Rick Stanley's activism and efforts to bring it to the attention of resident Coloradans and lawmakers. Rick has been unfairly convicted (by a stacked jury) and has been and is being harrassed by Judge Patterson who told him, at his trial NOT TO MENTION THE CONSTITUTION IN HIS COURTROOM. Rick's conviction is in the process of being appealed and still this rogue judge is trying to force Rick to appear in HIS courtroom! I am requesting, sir, that you, as Colorado's Governor, intervene on Rick Stanley's behalf. Rick Stanley is in the right here and Judge Patterson is wrong! Judge Patterson is trampling on the rights of Rick Stanley in every action that he takes against him. You can make a statement to Coloradans and all Americans that there is true justice in an American courtroom by pardoning Rick Stanley. I implore you to do this, Mr. Owens. Alabama) Mr. Stanley, I am a 52 year young resident of Pinson, Alabama. I have recently read an editorial posted on the "Concealed Carry" website indicating you to be the author. I later confirmed the editorial from your web site. If in fact you are the author and the writing is accurate, I can only state that I wish you were a candidate from Alabama. I would make every effort within my abilities to support you in your efforts. I have carried a sidearm on my person for over 30 years. I have never been arrested for any reason and I have only used my possession of my sidearm to protect myself on two occasions. On both occasions, I did not have to fire my weapon. I believe the simple act of my immediate response to aggression against my person and the immediate display of my intent to defend myself with deadly force if necessary was enough to deter the assailants from engaging in any further assault. I agree with a lot of the gun laws that protect my constitutional rights but these laws, both locally and nationally are riddled with "Illegal Laws" that are downright traitorous to the very constitution that was intended to protect us and our rights. I am licensed to carry a "concealed pistol" under the county where I reside and I exercise my "constitutional rights of privilege" at all times. prove the unjust nature of the laws under which they were
