SUBJECT: Stanley Guilty of Constitutional Guaranteed Rights
Rick Stanley, Constitutional Activist and ex US senate candidate for 2002 in Colorado, was found guilty in Thornton Municipal Court, Judge Rose presiding, of exercising his State and National guaranteed constitutional right of keeping and bearing arms in Thornton, Colorado on January 29, 2003.
An outraged and unrepentant Stanley made the following statement: “Judge Rose ignored his sworn oath of office to defend both the State and National Constitutions with his actions in court today, prosecuting a Colorado citizen with the guaranteed right to keep and bear arms, for actually exercising that right, under the FRAUD of color of law. This traitor to America and Colorado was given petitions that proved State passed legislative law, as well as Supreme Court citations, which he chose to ignore, violating Stanley’s constitutional, civil, jurisdictional and property rights.
This is the second city in less than a year for a guilty verdict in kangaroo courts, (Denver last year with Judge Patterson) and with these unmistakable coinciding actions by Denver and Thornton Courts, the Appellate Court in Denver, and similar unconstitutional ordinances being upheld the say way by ignoring the laws they don’t care for across America, the only conclusion possible is that the judicial branch of government is participating in a conspiracy to disarm America of her guns and all constitutional rights in local, county and district courts. This action is done under color of law with implicit knowledge by court officers, despite their alleged oaths of office to defend our Constitutions, to defraud Americans of their constitutional rights, based upon citizens’ reluctance to challenge authority for reasons of unfair legal constraints built into the system, financial considerations, and time considerations to fight this unconstitutional judicial tyranny that has been erected by the law clubs of America.
With the executive and legislative branches corruption, having been exposed in America, now coupled with the judicial corruption exposed beyond a shadow of a doubt, to form the perfect conspiracy of government tyranny against the American people, I now declare the ideals embodied in the Constitution of this long lost Republic, to be destroyed by judicial fiat, and America is dead.
The New World Order under the controllers of America and the United Nations,
is almost complete. Next steps: gun registration, martial law, gun confiscation,
TOTAL TYRANNY COMPLETED.
I will continue to fight this madness by the government, and the apathy of the
people, who have also failed in their role to restrain the government from violating
the basis of this Republic, the Constitution.
