ROBERT S. GRANT, District Attorney within and for the Seventeenth Judicial 
District of the State of Colorado, in the name and by the authority of the 
People of the State of Colorado, informs the Court that on the 15th day of 
October, 2003 at the said County of Adams in the State of Colorado,

THE DEFENDANT, did unlawfully and feloniously attempt to influence a public 
servant, namely: Charles Rose, by means of deceit, threat of violence and 
economic reprisal against Charles Rose, with the intent thereby to alter and 
affect said public servant's decision, vote, opinion and action concerning a 
matter which is afterwards to be considered and performed by him, and the City 
of Thornton Municipal Court, the agency and body of which he is a member;

contrary to the form of the statute in such case made and provided, and 
against the peace and dignity of the People of the State of Colorado.
