A CALL FOR THE MILITIA

Ladies & gentlemen:

The recent United States Supreme Court ruling that allows local governments to
seize private property and give it over to wealthy private land developers who
promise to construct commercial properties that will produce higher tax
revenues for local government, is an unacceptable ruling under the Constitution
of the United States.

It will not stand as law, because we citizen militia members will not allow it
to.

In 1993, we formed the Southern Oregon Militia, in response to the United States
Government sanctioned murders of Vicky and Sammy Weaver at Ruby Ridge, Idaho,
and the genocide of the Branch Davidian Church congregation in Waco, Texas.

At the same time we formed our own militia, we discovered other citizens all
across the United States were forming their own citizen militias as well.  It
was an epiphany to us all:  Good, decent American citizens realized the federal
government of the United States had begun murdering our own citizens, and then
using their enormous power to cover up the crimes.  That was simply
unacceptable by anyone's standards.

The concept of the citizen militia in the United States is codified by both the
Constitution, and by United States Code.  The right of the citizens to form an
"Unorganized Militia" that is on call at any time, is preserved in both
constitutional and federal law.  The duty of the citizen militia, as described
in the Constitution of the United States, is to, "Enforce the laws of the
Union; to suppress insurrection, and to repel invasion."

The Supreme Court decision allowing the taking of private property for the sole
purpose of allowing private land developers to turn the existing infrastructure
into commercial establishments that will generate greater tax revenues for
local government, is an outright defiance of constitutional law and our Bill of
Rights.  As such, the Supreme Court of the United States has clearly violated
the laws of the union.  It is the duty of the citizen militia to defend the
citizens against the abuses this errant Supreme Court ruling has unleashed upon
this nation.  And we will.

NOW, A WORD OF CAUTION:

The initial militia movement that started spontaneously all across the United
States in the mid-1990s was fraught with all kinds of problems that allowed
this corrupt government to exploit those weaknesses in a massive and entirely
negative media campaign that made all citizen militia groups look like a bunch
of Ku Klux Klan whackos.  The organizers of those militia groups allowed all
kinds of people to join, through public meetings, that included rabid racists
and Jew-haters of the Christian Identity persuasion.  In response, most of the
decent, original members of those citizen militia groups dropped out, leaving
the groups with nothing but a bunch of screw-ball racists who had their own
agenda to impose.  If you allow that to happen again, may God smite you!

Look, we are in a major battle for our most precious constitutional rights.
This is a guerrilla fight that may well turn bloody, so I am going to give you
all a blue print of how to establish a constitutional militia that has at its
very core mission, to return the United States of America back to strict
constitutional adherence to the Republic our Founding Fathers and Framers
intended.  Our government is so far out of compliance at this point, that there
is almost nothing even resembling constitutional rule.  That is fact, and that
fact is something every one of you needs to accept and embrace if you are even
hopeful of correcting it.

HOW TO FORM A CITIZEN MILITIA:

The Southern Oregon Militia is made up of just over 800 members.  We never held
public meetings, and we never will.  We do not even maintain a website.  We are
one of the few citizen militia groups that survived the Clinton persecution
intact.  We have been very effective in exposing local corruption by various
public officials, some of whom have been criminally prosecuted on the evidence
we exclusively developed.

I am the Liaison Officer for the Southern Oregon Militia, and Ralph Bowman is
our Commander.  I disseminate information to the public, and Ralph gives the
orders.  But neither Ralph or I know the identity of the members of the SOM.
If Ralph or myself are taken and tortured like those poor chumps at Gitmo, we
wouldn't be able to identify the other members to our interrogators, because we
flat don't know, and that is how we want it.  That is how we designed it, and
it has worked so well that local law enforcement came to the conclusion we
didn't exist.  You can't run a combat guerrilla force better than that.

What you must do is:

1:  Never allow anyone to join who approaches you for membership.  If you want
to get infiltrated by fed or local people who do not have your best interests
in mind, hold public meetings and ask people to join.  At the same time, just
put a loaded gun to your idiot head and pull the trigger to clean up the
militia movement for us all, okay?

2:  Identify like-minded people in the community and ask them to join.  In the
past 11 years, we never had a single person refuse to join us.  Why?  Because
we absolutely assured them they would never be identified or exposed in any
other way.  We required their talent and their position for local intelligence,
including their absolute willingness to act if we need them, but nobody knows
their identity, and neither do Ralph or myself.  We keep everybody in
five-man(woman) cells.  As long as we all adhere to the basic disciplines, we
all know what to do and when.  Some cells are intelligence/investigative, some
are supply sources and some are combat units.

3:  Communications are to be solidly low-tech.  We even use pigeons sometimes,
and we have set up gathering points everybody knows about in the event of an
urgent matter.  While the telephone, fax and Internet might be quicker, they
will also get you killed quicker.  Do not use them under any circumstances.

4:  Keep the racists and Jew-bashers out.  If you hear some jackass make a
racist or anti-Semitic remark, get rid of him.  If they are so stupid they
actually believe an entire race or ethnic group of people can have a shared
social defect, then they are also capable of even more flawed thinking on other
matters.  At best, order them to lead the first charge at the earliest
opportunity.  The world will be better off.

The rest we're leaving up to you.  With this outrageous Supreme Court ruling
that expands government Eminent Domain rights to the point that abuse and
outright corruption are a certainty, it would only be fair to form up a citizen
militia and let the local government folks know that if they try to take
anyone's property in benefit of another private developer, they will be met
with force of arms.

You can do that at the regular weekly meeting or whatever, but every local
government entity (person) needs to understand that if they try to use this
ruling to take private property for the benefit of some private developer who
contributed heavily to their re-election campaign, they won't be around to
decorate the next Christmas tree.
