How dare these legislators?

Over 3,400 people have been targeted by police with secret files on them by these so called "peace officers." There is nothing peaceful about police officers, when they violate their oath of office to defend the Constitution, and then willfully violate the rights of citizens by keeping secret files on them.

They won't release these files either. My own file, which they have admitted to, in my May 15, 2002, 8:00am courtroom 151P, Denver trial for violating my second amendment right to keep and bear arms, has not been released to me in spite of four discovery requests. The City of Denver unconstitutionally arrested me for putting a gun in a holster after a rally, which not only violates my US Constitution rights, but also my state of Colorado constitutional rights.

These lawbreakers at the state capitol, have just afforded protection to the same people, who have violated the peoples' trust by keeping secret files, and call it harassment, when the people keep openly posted information, on police or legislators on a website. The police and the legislators, feel that this information gathering and posting, is harassment or threatening to them, and therefore should be a criminal act. What about when you government criminals do it?"

The people of Colorado, and especially the 3400 plus that have files on them at Denver Police headquarters; don't like this kind of harassment and threat to them either. Again, how dare you and your unmitigated gall, to vote yes on this legislation, and do nothing to defend the rights of citizens, from the government agents with guns (the Denver Police).

Any legislator, voting for this law is a traitor to the people of this state, and their names and personal information will be added to the Patriot Files, and one day soon, when the people control the government again, these thugs will be tried for treason in a constitutional judicial system. The time is almost over, for the unconstitutional government administration, of terror and treason.

A government that operates outside the boundaries of the Constitution is an unlawful, illegal, and unconstitutional abomination and the men and women who perpetuate it, will eventually be brought to justice and tried for treason by "we the people." As a spokesman for constitutionalists everywhere, I will lead the way to bring the treasonous government agents, to their just reward for violating the peoples' trust.
