On 9/11, one plane, one crash would have been outrageous and
should have raised
big red flags ? but four consecutive crashes with no timely
military
responses and no government accountability. There were procedure
failures on
9/11 that could only have occurred if there was complicity from
the highest
levels of government. ?No one in government has been reprimanded
or even
scolded for what we are told was the greatest intelligence failure
in U.S.
history. In fact, the very agencies which failed the nation
watched their
budgets increase dramatically, and some of the officials
ostensibly at fault
were actually promoted.?[1]
?Normal FAA procedures for responding to even minor deviations
from air
traffic control protocols were followed routinely and without
complication 67
times between September 2000 and June 2001 before a new convoluted
order were
released by the Pentagon on 1 June 2001.[2] That order inserted
the Secretary
of Defense into the decision-making and action protocol, normally
the domain of
senior military commanders. Why??[3] It was then up to Donald
Rumsfeld to
issue an appropriate response to the hijackings.[4] This drastic
change played
a significant part in the normal emergency responses during the
extremely
distracting and confusing war game exercises scheduled by several
government
agencies on the morning of 11 September 2001.[5]
What of the war games that were being conducted the morning of
9/11? We heard
nothing about them on the nightly news. Joseph Paul Göebbels,
Nazi Propaganda
Minister said the following: ?Not every item of news should be
published.
Rather must those who control news policies endeavor to make every
item of news
serve a certain purpose.?[6]
Years of umbilical-like attention to friendly faces reading fair
and balanced
words from the teleprompter make it easy for us to initially
reject, then
accept and ultimately embrace ?the news?. Bush said: ?If you are
not with
us, then you are with the terrorists.? Bush and his minions claim
to be
genuine patriots. So either we support their words and actions or
we are
vilified as unpatriotic. Skeptics are ridiculed, discredited or
worse.
?Totalitarians prefer that we make no distinction between love of
country and
loyalty to leaders. They want us to believe that dissension is
unpatriotic. In
truth, opposition to corruption in government is the highest
obligation of
patriotism.?[7] Right now you might assert that I am a paranoid
conspiracy
theorist who may even sport a foil cone on my head. Fine ? your
choice, but
rejecting evidence in favor of inactivity will not save you or
anyone else from
the consequences. If one concedes that there might actually be a
nefarious group
in control of our government demands some responsible attention.
It requires
leaving that ever so cozy comfort zone. But just on the off chance
that we
citizens grow suspicious and vigilant ? we have been warned
against believing
in such conspiracies by none other than George W. Bush who
delivered a speech at
the United Nations on 10 November 2001 that included the
following:
?Let us never tolerate outrageous conspiracy theories concerning
the attacks
of September the 11th; malicious lies that attempt to shift the
blame away from
the terrorists, themselves, away from the guilty.?[8] Decide which
of the 9/11
theories is hardest to swallow ? the government?s or the many
credible
efforts of outside investigators and analysts? Which terrorists
are we to
blame?
Our commander in chief feels no accountability to those who put
him in office:
?I'm the commander in chief, see, I don't need to explain, I do
not need to
explain why I say things. That's the interesting part about being
president.
Maybe somebody needs to explain to me why they say something, but
I don't feel
like I owe anybody an explanation.?[9] ?If this were a
dictatorship, it'd
be a heck of a lot easier, just so long as I'm the dictator.?
President
George W. Bush, CNN.com, 18 December 2000.[10] This must have been
a real issue
with ?W? as he repeated it often: ?You don't get everything you
want. A
dictatorship would be a lot easier.? Governing Magazine 7/98 ?A
dictatorship would be a heck of a lot easier, there's no question
about it.?
?W? Business Week, July 30, 2001
We hired them with our votes ? they are supposed to represent us ?
not
implement their own questionable agenda. Super egomaniacs forget
the source of
their authority while pilfering even greater power.
I dislike quoting Hitler yet it is so appropriate. He said: ?But
it was not
until the War that it became evident what immense results could be
obtained by
a correct application of propaganda.?[11]
Hitler said: ?By contrast, the war propaganda of the English and
Americans was
psychologically sound. By representing the Germans to their own
people as
barbarians and Huns, they prepared the individual soldier for the
terrors of
war, and thus helped to preserve him from disappointments. After
this, the most
terrible weapon that was used against him seemed only to confirm
what his
propagandists had told him; it likewise reinforced his faith in
the truth of
his government's assertions, while on the other hand it increased
his rage and
hatred against the vile enemy For the cruel effects of the weapon,
whose use by
the enemy he now came to know, gradually came to confirm for him
the
?Hunnish? brutality of the barbarous enemy, which he had heard all
about;
and it never dawned on him for a moment that his own weapons
possibly, if not
probably, might be even more terrible in their effects.?[12] Read
about the
depleted uranium that our government uses on Iraqi civilians.
Our current wars and occupation in Afghanistan and Iraq are the
result of the
Bush and company?s response to the events of 9/11. Hitler
continues: ?The
propagandist inculcates his doctrine among the masses, with the
idea of
preparing them for the time when this doctrine will triumph,
through the body
of combatant members which he has formed from those followers who
have given
proof of the necessary ability and will-power to carry the
struggle to
victory.? There is nothing quite like a converted obedient Bushite
to
perpetuate the persistent propaganda that killing the ordinary
citizens of
another country in the name of democracy promotes peace and
security for
America. War generates death for the vanquished as well as the
invaders while
generating major money for the big weapons cartel. For decades the
neo-conservative war hawks, who now serve in the current
administration, have
viewed an ongoing war in the Middle East as a means of creating a
global
empire.
So despite our eagerness for closure, every crime demands an
exhaustive
investigation and thoughtful analysis by the most qualified,
skilled
individuals. Two people who, if uninvolved, should have been the
first to
demand a full examination of the crimes resisted all investigative
attempts.
Both Bush and Cheney contacted the now former Senate Majority
Leader Tom
Daschle after 9/11 to insist on strict limitations in any
investigation into
the attacks.[13] ?Newsweek reported on February 4, 2002, that Vice
President
Cheney called Sen. Tom Daschle (D-SD) to ?warn? him not to open
hearings
into the attacks. If Daschle pressed the issue, Cheney ?implied he
would risk
being accused of interfering with the mission? against
terrorism.?[14]
On 27 Nov 2002, 411 days after the attacks, Bush finally relented
to the
entreaties from victim?s families and bipartisan members of
congress and
agreed to form an investigatory commission. After more than a year
of stalling,
President Bush and Vice President Cheney finally consented to a
so-called
independent commission to investigate 9/11 as long as they could
pick the
chairman. On that day Bush appointed the grand master of deception
and misuse
of government power, instigator of covert operations and
manipulating keeper of
state secrets ? Henry Kissinger, to head the investigation. A man
that has
been repeatedly investigated for his surreptitious activities and
tried for war
crimes was now called to head the investigation of one of the
biggest crimes in
America. This significant choice reveals more about Bush and
Cheney than
anything else. ?With Kissinger's appointment, Bush rendered the
independent
commission a sham. How unfortunate. The public would be better
served and the
victims of 9/11 better honored by no commission rather than one
headed by
Kissinger.?[15] He wisely resigned a few weeks later over
conflicts of
interest.[16] He was replaced by Thomas Kean,[17] member of the
Council on
Foreign Relations, in December 2002.[18] Phillip Zelikow was the
highly
controversial Executive Staff Director for the commission.[19]
Indications of Kissinger?s New World Order loyalties are
discovered in the
following statements: ?Today Americans would be outraged if U.N.
troops
entered Los Angeles to restore order; tomorrow they will be
grateful. This is
especially true if they were told there was an outside threat from
beyond,
whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence.
It is then
that all peoples of the world will plead with world leaders to
deliver them
from this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown. When
presented
with this scenario, individual rights will be willingly
relinquished for the
guarantee of their well being granted to them by their world
government.?
--Henry Kissinger was speaking at Evian, France, May 21, 1992
Bilderberg
meeting. Unbeknownst to Kissinger, his speech was taped by a Swiss
delegate to
the meeting.[20]
The Commission?s initial budget for the biggest crime in America
was a mere $3
million as compared to the $50 million for the investigation of
the Columbia
space shuttle. It cost $40 million to investigate the soap opera
sexual
escapades of Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinsky. The 9/11 Commission
was finally
awarded another $11 million before the report finally became
available in the
third week of July 2004.
Even after consenting to an investigation, Bush and Cheney
initially stonewalled
the commission in the following ways:
a.. Refused to allow National Security Adviser Condoleezza
Rice to testify.
b.. White House tried to limit Bush's testimony to one
hour.
c.. White House withheld about 75 percent of almost 11,000
pages of Clinton
records pertaining to the investigation of the terrorist attacks.
This
information was held at the National Archives.
d.. They demanded that Bush and Cheney not be forced to
testify under oath.
e.. Bush and Cheney demanded to be allowed to testify
together.
f.. After months of negotiation, Bush finally allowed only
four members of the
commission to view only 24 of the 360 PDBs dating back to 1998;
?White House
counsel Alberto Gonzales permitted them to see just 24.?
g.. The Bush administration attempted to discredit members
of the commission,
especially Jamie Gorelick.[21]
The Commission seemed determined not to blame anyone for the
failures on that
day. The entire day was full of disasters: many forewarnings were
ignored.
There were several war games in process: Vigilant Guardian,
Vigilant Warrior,
Northern Guardian and Northern Vigilance.[22] One war game
scenario included
hijacked planes flying into buildings. This is interesting
considering
Condoleezza Rice, under oath, stated to the commission on 8 April
2004 that
?the White House didn't anticipate hijacked planes being used as
weapons.?
In March 2000, she also said: ?We need a common enemy to unite
us.? On 13
April 2004 Bush said: ?Nobody in our government, at least, and I
don't think
the prior government, could envision flying airplanes into
buildings on such a
massive scale.?[23] Obviously, someone in the government must have
imagined
it. What an incredible confusing bizarre coincidence to have
genuine hijackings
on the same day.
In fact others imagined it also: ?A different fictional treatment
of the use
of a ?war game? to perpetrate covert objectives was described in
The Lone
Gunmen, a television show aired on Fox TV (owned by CFR member
Rupert Murdoch)
in March 2001. In that show, a small cabal within the
military-industrial
complex used a war game scenario as cover for remote control
hijacking of a
commercial flight and crashing it into the World Trade Center in
order to boost
military spending for the permanent war. This show was so close to
the most
likely scenario for 9/11 that it is plausible that this
information was
deliberately leaked in order to discredit the idea as merely part
of a bad
television drama, thereby inoculating people from contemplating
the probability
that 9/11 was a covert operation using remote controlled planes
under the guise
of a war game.?[24]
On 12 September 2001, George W. Bush met with his national
security team and
then quickly assured us that ?The deliberate and deadly attacks
which were
carried out yesterday against our country were more than acts of
terror. They
were acts of war. This will require our country to unite in
steadfast
determination and resolve.? He is manipulatively setting us up for
the Iraqi
invasion.
?The federal government and all our agencies are conducting
business. But it
is not business as usual. We are operating on a heightened
security alert.
America is going forward, and as we do so, we must remain keenly
aware of the
threats to our country. Those in authority should take appropriate
precautions
to protect our citizens.?
?But we will not allow this enemy to win the war by changing our
way of life
or restricting our freedoms.?[25] It is significant as well as
deceptive that
he publicly pledges support of our legally guaranteed freedoms
while he and his
devoted, but constitutionally compromised subjects in congress
covertly attempt
to deprive us of the same. Remember their names in the 2006
elections.
The cover ups and the wars continue as other invasion targets are
selected.
However, our personal, God given freedom is the real target.
